Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: Euclid… I think?

Special Containment Procedures: What if we put it in a locked room and don't tell anyone about it? That might work right?

Description: SCP-XXXX might be an anomaly that causes extreme doubt when being thought about or described in detail, it also might be any other number of assorted anomalous things but the data seems to show that it's definitely getting inside my head right now. GET OUT, GET OUT, GET OUT.

I'm fairly certain we found it in the 90's? I don't remember it being around any earlier than that, then again we could have found it yesterday too and I don't think I'd know for certain but if we really found it in the 60's why is is suddenly doing this? I could've sworn it was safe class no more than a week ago and didn't do any of this bullshit!

What is it?
Well how on earth should we know? I can't even be certain if the thing exists!
The object is definitely some sort of animal, or a vegetable… or am I a vegetable? Am I alive?! Am I the anomaly? No that's just not right, I need to check something.

Pardon me, none of our anti-infohazard or anti-psychic equipment seems to be working. I'm gonna try amnestics.

The only notes we have on the thing that I can find is that we can't be certain what it is, but WE HAVE TO CONTAIN IT. It's effect is too apparent to be let loose, I'm certain of that.

Addendum A: An incident report is right here in front of me, but it's like I can't read any of it…

Addendum B: I just amnesticised myself, it's the only thing that seems to clear the fog of confusion it might cause.

Addendum C: Transcribing it properly is useless, I'll just have to attach the draft of the incident report directly.

Addendum D: It's pointless, we're all going mad. This is the first time I've been certain of anything in a while.
I'm gonna send this document out and then seal up the site's main gate before we're all amnesticised, the confusion effect probably won't be triggered by my ramblings since I didn't exactly describe the thing.

Addendum E: I knew it had changed! The original document for it doesn't mention any of this stuff!!!
