Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained at Site-7, in a 2 Meter X 2 Meter X 2 Meter storage unit, inside a cylindrical container, composed of titanium steel and encased in a glass pedestal, within the center of the containment unit. All personnel assigned to this containment unit, are to routinely make inspections to ensure that there are no leaks. All personnel within a 20 Meter radius, are required to have Psychological/Physical screenings performed three times a week. All researchers are prohibited from entering the containment unit, unless given direct access by Dr. Whiteowl or permission from a Senior Researcher with level 3 credentials or higher.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a chromatic, free forming liquid, composed of an unknown type of metal that is currently not defined within the periodic table, and is Malleable in nature. Although this liquid element can transform itself into any shape or form it chooses, it prefers to have a spherical, orb shape when it is not stored inside the container it is designated to. Test subjects have reported hearing a singular, disfigured voice talking to them, attempting to make an offering of vast knowledge and abilities, although these results vary from a case by case basis among the subjects that come in contact with SCP-XXXX and seems to choose it's host by their level of intelligence. When a test subject is deemed intelligent and worthy to the entity, this singular, unknown voice will ask the subject to hold the orb if they desire to acquire this knowledge and power. Should the subject consent to this offering, there is no immediate changes in their psychological state, aside from common symptoms such as a initial shock and minor paranoia. While the level of intelligence within an individual exponentially increases, their psychological well being starts to slowly deteriorate after several weeks, with signs of increased paranoia.
