Hey! So, this is my first time writing an SCP, (In retrospect, starting with a humanoid SCP wasn't the best idea. I am trying to avoid 'X-Man Syndrome" over here) and here's the draft of what I have so far! I'd really appreciate feedback or constructive criticism of any kind.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX instances is to be contained in the low-security dorm of Site 19's E-Block. SCP-XXXX is to be kept to a regular daily schedule mimicking that of non-anomalous children, with education in accordance with standard Foundation curriculum for child humanoid anomalies. Requests for toys, games, and accessories are to be provided at the discretion of the dorm supervisor. Dorm supervisor is to organize for checkups on SCP-XXXX with the site pediatrician no less than once every two months.
All Foundation personnel engaging with SCP-XXXX in any manner are required to wear soundproof headgear, the exception being D-Class required to be exposed to SCP-XXXX’s anomalous effects for testing purposes.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a Caucasian female with dark brown hair and green eyes of approximately eight years of age, sporting no other outstanding characteristics apart from being slightly shorter than is average.
SCP-XXXX was originally recovered from the ██████ █████ Medical Center in Springfield, ██████, North America. All records of recovery were confiscated, and all witnesses were administered Class-A amnestics and provided with a cover story about a fire. See [Incident Log XXX] for detail of SCP-XXXX’s recovery.
Mentally, SCP-XXXX shows no large deviations from the psychological profile for a normal eight-year-old child, though Dr. ███-███ Park, a child psychologist, has said that “[SCP-XXXX] is considerably more mature than would be expected of an eight-year-old. [Dr. Park] would attribute this to her essentially being brought up in Site 19.” [Footnote: SCP-XXXX has been contained in Site 19 since its recovery approximately eight years ago.]
SCP-XXXX's primary anomalous property is that any living human who hears it cry or scream has instances of Rosa Ascensio (Common Climbing Rose) grow inside of their bodies, starting from the tympanic cavity of the ear, and extending through the auditory tube into the pharynx. In the event that the subject is then prevented from hearing SCP-XXXX's vocalizations, the growth of the plants will end there, and they can be removed with surgery to ensure the subject’s survival. Else, the plants will extend through the esophagus into the stomach and intestines, exiting the body through the anus, and then into the lungs through the trachea.
If the subject has not died from blood loss at this point due to the thorns creating lacerations on the internal organs, they will asphyxiate as the lungs are filled with vines and flowers. The process takes between five and ██ minutes to fully complete.
