Physical Evaluation Results:
According to Physical Evaluation, "Finch" appears to be of Haitian-American Origin. Subject measures in at approximately 167cm in height and 54kg in weight. They have wirey, black, short-cut curly hair. Subject appears to maintain a mesomorphic body type. Subject appears to be rather lean, caused by constant distance running as a form of exercise. "Finch" is known to suffer from myopia, and thus is typically identified by their black, thick rimmed glasses they wear. Subject is also known to suffer from insomnia, as well as a small caffeine addiction in the form of caffeinated pills.

Psychological Evaluation Results:
According to extensive Psychological Evaluation by Foundation Medical Staff, "Finch" appears to be in excellent psychological/mental health. Subject displays little to no mental deterioration during tenure at the SCP Foundation. Subject displays extremely low tolerance to memetic and informational hazards when uninoculated. Inoculation to potent memetic agents could prove detrimental to the mental health of the subject. Subject has been described as blunt and brash, with a somewhat headstrong outlook. Subject has also, however, been described as able to function under high-stress situations.

Due to the nature of the position of "Finch", much of the individual's personal history prior to the Foundation is heavily regulated, redacted, or doesn't exist. "Finch" is known to possess a doctorate's degree in Communication Systems Engineering, but it is unknown if they possess any other certifications or degrees.

Finch originally joined the Foundation as an intern, who originally only planned to put themselves through college with benefits provided by the SCP Foundation. Instead, upon graduation, Finch joined the SCP Foundation as a full-time AIAD Developer. Also during this time, they moved from a small provisional site in the southern Dominican Republic, to the much larger Site-33 in Oregon.

During their original tenure at the Foundation as a Artificial Intelligence Developer, "Finch" was tasked with developing a network of artificial intelligence systems to increase the speed of communication between containment sites and sectors within the Foundation. Unfortunately, the project proceeded to run into errors when attempting to integrate it into the network of each site, and thus was shut down. During the time of the project's development, however, "Finch" appeared to have grown close with a member of staff working alongside them. Due to the project's shutdown, the aforementioned staff member fell into a depressive state, leading up to the suicide of the staff member. This emotionally impacted "Finch", but did not seem to impact their loyalty to the Foundation.

"Finch" became the right hand of the Overseer designated as O5-02, but spends most of their time overseeing advancement of communication systems between and at containment facilities. "Finch" is known to continue working on the artificial intelligence project that was shut down in their spare time.
