Although SCP-7767 has yet to breach containment, Octokinetic anomalies are a risk to the Foundation. Outside of use by Mobile Task Force Alpha-9, SCP-7767 is to be heavily guarded, regulated, and protected, even if it seems harsh.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7767 is to be kept in a 10m x 10m x 10m Chromium-Titanium Alloy Containment Chamber with an internal sheet of metal comprised of Silver, Copper, and Iron. The Containment Chamber it to be magnetically suspended from the ceiling, using a set of electromagnetic coils in a set of four (4) underneath and above the containment chamber, along with a set of steel supports, which hold the bridge between SCP-7767's Containment Chamber and the observation room. The outer containment cell is to be flooded with seawater to absorb the damage caused by SCP-7767. Surveillance of SCP-7767 is to be carried out with four (4) cameras located in each corner of the cell. The cameras are to be outfitted with small-scale microphones to allow vocalizations from SCP-7767 to be audibly heard within the observation room.
Should SCP-7767 breach containment, Site Security are authorized to terminate the anomalous object with non-lethal force. Should SCP-7767 cause irreparable damage to its containment chamber, SCP-7767 is to be forced into a medically induced coma until repairs have been made. SCP-7767 will also be removed from the roster of Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 indefinitely.
Should SCP-7767 be called upon for use within Mobile Task Force Alpha-9 ("Last Hope"), SCP-7767 is to be outfitted with a collar outfitted with a internal sedative-coated needle and guided by the non-anomalous members of Alpha-9. SCP-7767 however, has been informed that the collar is of explosive design, to insure cooperation. SCP-7767's collar is to be 'detonated' should SCP-7767 make an attempt of escape. SCP-7767 is then to be retrieved and placed into containment. SCP-7767 is permitted to carry small arms during operations, with approval from the MTF Commander of Alpha-9. Should SCP-7767 misuse small arm weaponry during an operation, SCP-7767 will be stripped of all personal belongings, and will be removed from the roster of Mobile Task Force.
SCP-7767 is required to undergo forty-eight (48) of offsite non-biological quarantine following interaction with Reality-Altering objects or personnel, to ensure the safety of Site-33.
Upon escort out of SCP-7767's Containment Chamber for any reason, SCP-7767 is to have an armed escort of no less than two (2) Security Personnel. Escort Personnel are to be armed with a Kant counter, and to monitor aforementioned counter for changes in the local Hume levels. Should anomalous interference be detected, SCOP-7767 is to be immediately sedated / non-lethally terminated and returned to it's containment chamber. SCP-7767 is also to be restrained at the legs to prevent any quick or sudden movements.
Cross-testing with SCP-7767 is to be carried out within SCP-7767's containment chamber exclusively, and must be approved by at least one (1) Level 4/7767 Personnel or two (2) Level 4 Personnel within the Foundation Department of Octokinetics.
Description: SCP-7767 is a Caucasian-American female, approximately 5'6" (167.64 cm) in height, and 111 lbs (50.35 kg) in weight. SCP-7767 has solid black hair, which is approx. 27.2 inches (69 cm) in length. SCP-7767 claims to be a "Inari Fieldstrom", a former low-level research personnel for the Global Occult Coalition, but no such records of an individual under that name have been found. Although SCP-7767 claims to be a researcher, they seem to look no older than 19. SCP-7767 appears to have not aged in containment physically since 19██.
SCP-7767 maintains the ability to actively regulate 'baseline' Hume levels (Hume levels adhering to baseline of an unaffected area) the in an area of approx. 20 meters (65.6 foot) radius, causing the nullification of most reality-bending anomalous effects. Testing concluded that SCP-7767 maintains the ability to nullify the effects of a Class IV Reality Bending Entity. This process is completed by SCP-7767 itself absorbing the Hume energy itself, and collecting it into their physical form. SCP-7767 is able to 'consume' a level of Hume energy that far exceeds the maximum reading within a Kant Counter's pocket dimension.
According to several tests to compile the effects of SCP-7767, it shows that SCP-7767's internal Hume levels are highly fluctuational, changing depending on the 'reality' of the surrounding area. As soon as a Reality Bender enters the 'area of effect' of SCP-7767's anomalous properties, the Hume levels around the reality bending entity begins to normalize, as the Hume levels within the reality bending entity begin to normalize. (matching with the baseline of a normal humanoid entity.). Reality Bending Entities employed by the Foundation and/or in containment of the Foundation have described a 'feeling of weakness' around SCP-7767. Typically, to a Class II Reality Bending Entity or less, SCP-7767 effectively nullifies it's reality bending capabilities.
SCP-7767's anomalous effects also exert themselves over an area of Hume irregularity. However, SCP-7767 has displayed adverse effects in entering areas with 'astronomically' high Hume levels. (>800) SCP-7767 will begin to absorb the Hume energy in it's surrounding area, before quickly becoming overloaded and expelling all energy in a massive blast. The aforementioned blast that SCP-7767 produces can often 'scar' the reality in the area, leaving it with irregular Hume readings for an extended or permanent amount of time.
SCP-7767 displays the ability in involuntarily expel all Hume energy stored within it's body with a massive blast within 48 hours of 'consumption'. This blast can prove to be exceedingly dangerous to a surrounding area, producing an explosion similar to that of 58.9 oz (ounces) of composition B explosive (the average standard-production hand grenade has 6.5 oz of composition B explosive.) SCP-7767 also is able to voluntary expunge the energy from it's body, resulting in a similar explosion. Energy expunged as part of an overload of Hume energy by SCP-7767 will result in a stronger aforementioned blast.
Origin: On 4/4/19██, The Foundation was informed of an anomalous disturbance within the city of Salina, Kansas, in which an anomalous object was responsible for the destruction of approx. 4 buildings.

| Results | SCP-7767 let out a long string of expletives, before attempting to charge SCP-2404-1. SCP-2404-1 was able to keep SCP-7767 at a distance of over 22 meters for approx. 2 minutes, before SCP-7767 charged SCP-2404-1. Upon entering within 20 meters of SCP-2404-1, SCP-7767's anomalous features took over SCP-2404-1, rending the anomaly unable to generate water. The test was terminated after SCP-7767 proceeded to physically assault SCP-2404-1. |
Use in MTF Alpha-9: On 12/12/20██, the decision to integrate SCP-7767 into MTF Alpha-9 "Last Hope" was passed nearly unanimously within the Overseer Council (10-2) due to SCP-7767's practical uses against reality-bending anomalies. On 2/5/20██, SCP-7767 began training, which was completed on 6/6/20██. SCP-7767 is considered an active member of Alpha-9, and is able to be called upon alongside the rest of Alpha-9.
