The bullets within the magazines have been designed and produced by the Foundation for non-lethal use, as the tip of each bullet has been removed, and replaced with a small-scale needle, surrounded by four smaller needles, each coated in a sedative poison. The bullet itself is incapable of breaching through human skin, instead burying the needle tip deep inside the epidermic tissue layer.

Background/History - David Pearce, originally named Tomek Vinogradov, was born on April 2nd, 1976 in the Polish People's Republic, which at the time was a satellite state of the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. At the age of 6, his family fled from Poland into the disputed territory of Austria, where his family immigrated to the United States.

David Pearce achieved a Governer's Seal upon graduation from Wilson Memorial High School, Fishersville, Virginia. "The Humanitarian" joined the United States Marine Corps in 1996, and was deployed into Afghanistan on October 9th, following the American Declaration of War on Afghanistan. Position within the Ethics Committee -
"The Humanitarian" is directly responsible for review and investigation of containment of humanoid anomalies, as well as Foundation actions pertaining to the 'civilian population.' They have been assigned to Site-33 due to surplus of humanoid and sentient anomalous objects within the site. It has been rumored that "The Humanitarian" was a driving force in incorporating several parts of the Ethics Committee Humanoid Containment Guidelines into a textbook 'law' within the Foundation.

More mundanely, however, "The Humanitarian" is also responsible for handling reports from site staff and research personnel pertaining to the treatment of site staff, D-Class Personnel, and sapient/sentient anomalies.
