Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5132 must be contained within a secure, low temperature container. Only personnel with level 4 security clearance or higher can access SCP-5132 as to prevent any misapplication.

Description: SCP-5132 is a glass filled with an unknown black liquid. When SCP-5132 comes into contact with a living subject, it will instantaneously kill every living organism in the subject, including viruses and bacteria. The DNA of subjects killed by SCP-5132 is often damaged and appears to have been exposed to ionizing radiation. SCP-5132 is also capable of restraining and temporarily paralyze SCP-████. SCP-5132 does not seem to dry out, regardless of external conditions, and can withstand temperatures of up to ███°C. All attempts to prevent SCP-5132 from killing the subject has been unsuccessful.

Addendum 5132.1: D-8193 was instructed to consume a small quantity of SCP-5132. D-8193's blood was examined and 100% of cells and microorganisms were found dead. D-8193's DNA was damaged, seemingly from exposure to radioactive material.

Addendum 5132.2: A small quantity of SCP-5132 was introduced into the cell of SCP-███. SCP-███ was seemingly stuggling when trying to move and was temporarily paralysed by SCP-5132.
