Okay, so this definitely wont become a thing since its been diagnosed with x-man syndrome. I'm still finishing it on here though. I like it right now but I dont really want to discard it or change it too much.
Level 2: Restricted
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Disruption Class: Vlam
Risk Class: Notice
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is contained in a 6 x 6 meter cell including a standard bed, a writing desk, and storage chest at Site 17. The storage chest must have at least 1 x 1 x 0.5 meter dimensions. It must also be stocked with various types of clockwork and tools and is to be restocked when low on any type of gear, key, or spiral spring.
For the safety of his mechanical arm, a body pillow must be provided to SCP-XXXX. The cover of this pillow must be replaced every two (2) weeks to one (1) month due to sanitary or damage reasons.
To sustain SCP-XXXX's abilities for use in the Foundation, it must be provided with deconstructed clockwork device at least once every week. At least one gear must also be removed from the mix.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a European human male standing at approximately 1.8 meters. Its age is unknown, but it appears to be ██ to ██ years old. Common attire for the entity is glasses, a long-sleeved white undershirt, black vest, dress pants, and buckled shoes including a small heel. A satchel is also usually carried containing supplies for its operations.
SCP-XXXX's left arm has been completely removed and replaced with a clockwork device by unknown means. The shoulder, elbow, and hand all must be wound up separately for the entire contraption to work. If the key for these mechanisms are somehow lost, then a replacement must be issued immediately. The movement of the joints is rather rough, only allowing motion to be completed when the teeth of every gear shift.
The mechanical arm appears to move according to SCP-XXXX's command and is theorized to be connected to nerve endings in the torso. The credibility of this theory has yet to be tested. The ability for the arm to have the possibility to work with the way the gears are arranged also has yet to be discovered.
If exposed to an organism with external damage to their body, SCP-XXXX appears to go into a state of distress and sympathy for the said creature. It will collect whatever nearby clockwork materials that it can, sometimes even deconstructing objects to obtain what it needs. These creations of mechanical appendages (SCP-XXXX-2) take anywhere between one (1) to thirty (30) hours to complete based on the availability of materials and size of the creation. Once it presses the machine to the correct part of the organism's body, it seems to connect on its own and act as if it were the natural limb. SCP-XXXX also provides its subjects with a key to wind up his or her new extremity.
Discovery: Numerous reports of amputees suddenly acquiring clockwork limbs had surfaced in the year 19██, mostly around the area of ████, ██████ The culprit, SCP-XXXX, was found within the first week of investigation. It willingly surrendered to the personnel that found it and was transported to the Site 17 for interrogation and containment. Strangely, it appeared to see all of it as ordinary.
Addendum XXXX.1: An interview was held between Dr. █████ and the SCP-XXXX in order to discover any possible base information about the subject.
Interviewer: Dr. █████
Interviewee: SCP-XXXX
[BEGIN LOG]
SCP-XXXX: (Glancing around the room) Such a wonderful place I have been transported to. May I ask where exactly we are?
Dr. █████: You have been transported to Site 17, not very far from your previous location. You've been brought here to be questioned.
SCP-XXXX: Ah, yes. I see. Ask to your heart's content!
Dr. █████: Is it true that you were responsible for the clockwork modifications to the citizens of ████?
SCP-XXXX: Yes, of course. That is, unless, there's someone else in my field able to do such a thing. It is very hard work.
Dr. █████: Why are you doing this? Replacing the limbs of amputees, I mean.
SCP-XXXX: You see, when I was young and came here to this country, there was a raging war. It wasn't uncommon for soldiers to have arms or legs taken away if they were affected by some kind of wound. How tragic it was to see these soldiers, no cure to assist in their ailments… (Trails off, looking to the distance)
Dr. █████: SCP-XXXX? Are you feeling alright?
SCP-XXXX: (Shakes head) Yes, yes. I apologize, that doesn't happen often.
Dr. █████: Are you okay with answering questions about your early experiences? We can change the subject now if that makes you uncomfortable.
SCP-XXXX: I can surely try my best.
Dr. █████: Do you recall any particular year that you noticed all of this happening?
SCP-XXXX: (Pauses) I'm afraid that I don't, sir. It has been so long that I can barely remember specifics.
Dr. █████: Okay, I see. What made you turn to clockwork of all things?
SCP-XXXX: I am a one-trick pony, clockwork is my only specialty. However, it does seem to have its benefits, especially for the subjects whom I have treated.
Dr. █████: Have one of those subjects been yourself? (Motions towards mechanical arm)
SCP-XXXX: (Looks down) Oh, this? I haven't the faintest clue about it. I definitely didn't have it as a young child, but when it made it's way there is a mystery even to me.
Dr. █████: Alright. Well, that should conclude our interview for today. Is there anything that you would like to add before I leave?
SCP-XXXX: Hm… ah, yes! If you happen to have any amputees in the area in need of my assistance, please do not be afraid to submit them to me. It would be delightful to help as many people as I can.

Addendum XXXX.2: Test Log
Testing involving SCP-XXXX was approved in order to test its abilities. A variety of materials were provided to the entity for the purpose of these tests. The following details a few if these tests.
Subject: D-4828, 30 years old
Diagnosis: Amputated right leg
Notes: SCP-XXXX creates a leg out of steel plates and clockwork for the subject in the time frame of ten hours. It is notable that there are spiral springs located near every joint — hip, knee, and ankle — just as the SCP's arm. It expresses satisfaction with the result, but reacts to the subject's surprise with, "I've had extensive experience with this kind of work. This outcome is of no surprise. Nevertheless, I am still happy that it was a success."
Subject: D-8328, 42 years old
Diagnosis: Amputated left hand
Notes: SCP-XXXX creates a hand mainly comprised of copper for some parts of the subject's hand and fingers. One spiral spring is located one the back of the subject's hand. Again, he expresses satisfaction for the result, but not surprise.
Subject: D-2657, 27 years old
Diagnosis: Three amputated fingers (two thumbs, one index finger)
Notes: SCP-XXXX expressed some concern with the task, but was still able to complete it.
