Special Containment Procedures: SCP-6001 (Hand Drawn Emotion Mask) should be housed at Site-61 and heavily guarded to protect from wrong usage. Personnel of Class-D and above are to report any strange behavior that appears to indicate its dangerous usage or desire of its users to the personnel assigned with the Duty of Containment-6001. Any personnel who encounter any form of aggression or deception while attempting to use the emotion mask are to immediately refer the incident to the Duty of Containment-6001 personnel for investigation and possible containment. Should the emotion mask appear to change its function, such as becoming a different face indicating that it needs something.
Description: SCP-6001 is an emotion mask made by a an unknown source. The mask will seemingly change emotions corresponding to it’s hunger, angriness, grief, disgust, and possibly “mind”. The mask will stay the same for a period of time, and when it changes it makes a corresponding noise. There is no known way to cancel its effects, but it can be nullified by making SCP-6001 angry.
Upon activation the mask will assume any emotion matching its current state. Once an emotion has been established the mask will not change unless the associated sound is removed.
SCP-6001 is never seen outside of the SCPs research facility, unless being used by researchers. The only time it has been captured or taken was during the Security Breach Incident X23 (http://www.scpwiki.com/incident-report-x23).
