Special Containment Procedures:
Each are contained within a 2x2x2 meter container. Under no circumstance should the containers holding SCP-XXXX be deactivated. The container appears to not use any form of energy therefore they can be stored in the on-site storage areas provided constant monitoring and inspection will be done on a daily basis. In the event of a containment breach, all efforts must be done to return them to original container.

Description:
SCP-XXXX are three 1.5 meter tall mannequins. They appear to be those commonly seen in department stores, abstract mannequins. All three show signs of damage, specifically in the joint areas (elbow, knee etc.) and the neck. Other minor damage like scratches, missing chucks, or small holes are seen all throughout the body of each. The outside material is made of wood while the inner part resembles a human arm with absents of blood or any bodily fluids however it is not dry.
The anomalous effect of the mannequins is that they can generate multiply arms and legs from its joints. They have a mouth (behind the head’s outer layer) that has multiple teeth positioned circularly with respect to the head’s shape. It has It is unknown if the speed and strength of the entity is also anomalous or is caused by the multiple limbs. It is aggressive and hostile to any humans around it. Termination seems to be impossible however it is not impervious to any form of damage as bullets, explosives and fire can harm it. Any limbs that fall off tend to regenerate immediately, the actual limb that falls off shows no sign of life and would decompose after a 2-3 days. Some personal have witness the mannequins twitching at random times.
The container holding SCP-XXXX is anomalous itself. The outer skeletal frame somehow produces a powerful magnetic field at 71.1 Teslas from top to bottom on each side. The magnetic field does not pull on its surroundings; rather it is pushing towards the mannequin. It looks as if the magnetic field [DATA EXPUNGED]. Research is ongoing to replicate the containers capability.
Discovery:
All three containers where found outside site [DATA EXPUNGED] together with some documents, video recordings and [DATA EXPUNGED]. Two D-class personnel where sent to evaluate the container, after a brief period an MTF squad, and seven researchers were called in it to assess the situation and after 2 hours the containers were deemed safe and brought inside for further research. It is still unknown who or where the mannequins came from.
Incident XXXX-1A:
The site director hastily ordered to open one container, against protest form the MTF and research teams.
After inspecting each container, no button, lever or switch was discovered. The on-site director ordered one container to be opened with two D class using an experimental ion gun. Surveillance and audio log:

<05: 36> The magnetic field collapses and the mannequin, designated as MQ-1, falls to the ground. Suddenly light starts flickering from the other two containers.
<12:07> The MTF squad was ordered to assess the container and retrieved the two D class and ion gun.
<15:00> MTF leader raise her right hand and gesture a thumbs up indicating the area as safe.
<16:30> As all personnel were moving away, MQ-1 started to twitch. Immediately CM-1 started to flicker a red light.
<16:45> MTF were informed and position themselves for combat, as where the on-site security.
<17:24> MQ-1 stood up. At the same time, arms and legs were observed to grow from its body.
<17:27> MQ-1 turned its head and started to lunge towards the MTF squad. The MTF squad and security opened fired on the entity. Multiple gunshots and a loud roar was heard.

<26:05> A dark figure, designated as “F1”, appeared near CM-1. F1 appears to be a human male approximately 1.7 meters tall, age mid-twenties.
<26:19> F1 appears to be helping contain the entity as he pushes personnel outside the path of the MQ-1 and yells “ bring it closer to the cube”.
<29:27> F1, MTFs and the reaming security personnel manages to divert the entity towards CM-1
<32:56> A magnetic field start to generate from CM-1 and starts pulling MQ-1 towards it
<37:09> MQ-1 is entirely inside CM-1 and F1 disappears.

After the incident, the scattered and reaming files where gathered and compiled.
Documentation shows:
• Each mannequin was contained in [DATA EXPUNGED] after a super storm.

An investigation is ongoing to know if the Philippine government has an organization that is like the SCP.
Video recordings:
Video recordings were intact however the recordings are hazy from it being recorded during a storm and constant movement, presumption that video was taken from a head or body camera.
• Large multi-limb entities destroying houses, attacking and killing multiply civilians during a severe storm.
• Five Challenger 2 have been seen firing at the entities.
• Armed personnel and 3 to 4 assumed reality benders engaging the entities.
• Entities grabbing any living thing and [DATA EXPUNGED], one manages to escape but [DATA EXPUNGED].
The armed force seen has an insignia on them but due to distortion, accurately identify what is impossible.

D XXXX-2: It was horrific. It just stood up and suddenly its head just snap towards us. I could hear bones and muscle growing from its body. It was like a body being put through a grinder. It opened its mouth and a gruesome sound came out.

D XXXX-2: I can’t really remember much about him. But it looked like he was prioritizing helping researchers or D class like me? I saw a MTF being grabbed and [DATA EXPUNGED] but when it was D XXXX-1, he saved him.
Interviewer: How did he save him?
D XXXX-2:He grabbed a grenade and thrown it at the back. The explosion seems to distract it because it dropped D XXXX 2.

Addendum XXXX-1:
Further inspection lead to the discovery of a small chamber within the bottom of the containers measuring 10x5x5 centimeters. The chambers contain an explosive device, which the foundation database has no information about. One of the remaining files shows that if the mannequins manages to escape, reaching a certain distance the chamber would open, exposing it to “matter” and cause a massive explosion.
Note: It is highly perplexing how the MCF manage to contain not just one but three of this entities, having a container that may be more advance then

Log 1:
I am the senior research for SCP XXXX or was. After multiple request to investigate the MCF have been denied, I suspected at first the O5 council may have plans for this SCP, however I made my own research, the bomb inside the container are anti-matter bombs and for the moment is still functioning. I still can’t believe that the MCF has this type of technology.
Log 3:
I assume that Philippines and the MCF are working together. With some luck I managed to enhance the videos tapes. MFC personnel and Philippine soldiers were working and coordinating to contain these entities like they have done this before
Log 4:
I don’t trust the site director. His credentials are legit but he is always was mum whenever someone ask about the incident and quickly changes the topic. I don’t think his intentions are bad otherwise he would treat us badly. He suspects me for making a secret file.
Log 17:
I have proof that the new site director was the “abnormal asset.” After weeks of enhancing images, we finally manage to identify the assist’s face. It matches his face by 76%.

The site director finally made his move. Majority of my finding are now secured, the director has only the access to it. I can’t tell anyone about this yet; the staff members are quite fond of him. They might think I am just making look bad.

I finally confronted the site director. I can’t believe what we talked about. He said that he is not the only embedded MCF member. He also said that the reason why he is doing this is to prevent any harm to humans. The SCP’s goal is to protect humanity but we caused more damage in the process. The MCF finally decided to do what the SCP foundation can’t, help humanity.
