Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX shall be always mantained in a 10 x 10 m cage made from steel resistant to extremely low temperatures (atleast -200° C), SCP-XXXX is contained within site 4, Agent Nathan Vicents shall remain at a distance of not more than 1 kilometer from SCP-XXXX. Only agents of level 4 or higher are allowed to communicate with SCP-XXXX.
In cases of extreme need SCP-XXX and Agent Nathan Vicents must be deployed to counter or contain an extremely dangerous SCP.
Description:
SCP-XXXX appears to be a draconic-reptile being with an appereance resembling a theropod 2m tall and 4m long, it has 2 strong legs, 2 small arms 2 small wing like limbs, SCP-XXXX appears to have advanced intelligence and a complicated form of direct communication to individuals minds. SCP-XXXX appears to be completely frozen, it's skin is extremely cold at tact and when ordered or angered he can expel bursts of air at temperatures of -20° C or even more cold, SCP-XXXX has some crystals of ice in certain parts of it's body like a wing completely frozen or it's face having a big chunk of ice attached but still alive and capable of almost every activity related to a living being (Reproduction being a exception)
SCP-XXXX was found by a group of scientists in the Antarctica hidden in a cave sleeping in the crater of a meteorite crash, the researchers send to investigate successfully attempted to awaken SCP-XXXX but were killed by SCP-XXXX almost immediately an SCP team was deployed to investigate powerful roars heard by other research team 15 km away, the team entered a cave apparently made by SCP-XXX near the coast where they began to hear a deep male voice talking about how "he should go back to its cave" in their mind, apparently this voice is from SCP-XXXX that communicates with nearby individuals in an unknown form through their minds, some time after going down in the cave the team found SCP-XXXX eating the remains of a sperm whale upon realizing its presence SCP-XXXX killed half of the team but calmed his fury when he found agent Nathan Vicents whom he identified as his "master" and began to obey all his orders.
SCP-XXXX is normally hostile to any close individuals except when Agent Nathan Vicents is present in which case he will demonstrate a cold but not hostile personality.
SCP-XXXX assisted in capturing SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED], SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED] and SCP-[DATA EXPUNGED]

Addendum O■-27:
SCP-XXXX and Agent Nathan Vicents should be deployed in a containment break in case the individuals involved are too dangerous.
In the event Agent Nathan Vicents is separated from SCP-XXXX getting agent Nathan Vicents back close to SCP-XXXX will be a priority, in case of this being impossible SCP-XXXX class will be upgraded from "Safe" to "Keter"
