Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4103 is to be held in a standard humanoid containment cell. Each wall is to be covered in reinforced steel. In the event of SCP-4103 going into its enraged state, the containment cell shall be flooded with trichloromethane till 4103 is unconscious (See Incident Report-XXXX). No women are to work near or on SCP-4103 and if are seen doing so are to be interrogated and amnethizied.
Description: SCP-4103 is a middle aged caucasian male, weighing at 265 lbs and 6’2” feet tall. 4103 also wears glasses, which it claims is for medical purposes but that has yet been tested. SCP-4103’s anomolous capabilty only effect females around the age of 4103 (24-45). When it does, SCP-4103 will start following the subject (Now deemed SCP-4103-1) and say things as many of past subjects describe as “Cat calling”. No matter on previous disposition on SCP-4103, they will immediately start to fall for SCP-4103. Interviews have shown that the relationships formed by 4103 do improve 4103-1’s disposition for as long as it lasts. SCP-4103 has been shown giving gifts to to SCP-4103-1. After a length of time estimated to be 6 months, SCP-4103 will produce SCP-4103-2, a small engagement ring. It is unknown where SCP-4103 gains SCP-4103-2 but it is speculated that SCP-4103 can create such at in will. Each one is identical in looks, only difference being the size to confirm to SCP-4103-1’s ring finger. SCP-4103-2 has one large Diamond of what appears to be 2 carats. The diamond is encased in a Golden backbone which connects it to the ring itself. When this event occurs, SCP-4103 will bend down on one knee and propose to SCP-4103-1. In which promptly SCP-4103-1 will reject the offer (This is constant for each subject, no matter who it is), saying things such as “Its complicated” and “I don’t want to rush things.” After this SCP-4103 will start sobbing, entering an enraged state where it has been shown to bend Steel beams. In this state, SCP-4103 will start destroying most things around it in a fit of almost childish rage. SCP-4103’s enraged state can be stopped by incapacitation.
Interview Log-4103-43: An interview was conducted by D-5673 after being exposed to SCP-4103’s effects.
Interviewer: Doctor Stevenson.
Stevenson: Sit down
D-5673: Yeah, what is it doc?
S: What was it like being with SCP-4103
D: Oh him, oh yeah it was great for a while. He provided and cared for me.
He gave me gifts and all that.
S: Then, why did you not accept his offer for marriage
D- 5673 sighs, fiddling with the foundation mandated uniform.
She looks at Doctor Stevenson before exhaling.
D: Things.. Just didn’t work out. He started talking about the future and it just felt weird.
He started to get me more presents.
Some of them had notes on them and it was just.. Real creepy.
I had to go, He was just too much.
S: I see.. What did he write on said notes
D-5673 grows silent.
Looking down at the floor of the interview room.
D: I..just don’t want to talk about it.
D-5673 is heard whispering, Doctor Stevenson asks what she said.
He reminds her that any inaction will result in termination
D: I-I said that.. I don’t know how he got that.
Never told anything about my dad or my childhood.

Addendum-4301-1: A list of the objects that SCP-4301 has been seen giving out to SCP-4301-1. Items include:

*Flowers Bouquet, specifically Roses but exceptions are made if the subject is allergic to roses

Addendum-4301-2: An example of a note commonly given by SCP-4301

Incident Report-4301: On 2/14/98: SCP-4301 starting banging on its cell door. When the security personnel were contacted and tried to restrain SCP-4301. After this SCP-4301 broke containment and killed around 5 facility personnel before Researcher Sarah Thorisotter was found and made into the newest SCP-4301-1 by SCP-4301
