Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5233 is contained within a reinforced concrete cube with 1 meter thick walls and an interior space of 5 meters cubed. A small secure hatch is built on the bottom side of the containment chamber.
The only key to this hatch is to be stored at Site-██. A Faraday cage is built within the thick containment walls in order to block any outgoing or incoming radio signals.
SCP-5233's containment cube should be placed within a high security area to prevent unauthorized entry, however, guards with radio units should maintain their distance from SCP-5233's chamber in case of weak escaped radio signals.

Description: SCP-5233 is a collection of 3 black car tires designated SCP-5233-1 through SCP-5233-3. SCP-5233 has a size of 195/60R15, a tire load index of 88, a tire speed rating of T, and was designed for highway terrain.
If new instances of SCP-5233 are discovered they should be labeled to this designation and stored with the other instances.
SCP-5233 is sentient capable of transmitting information via radio signals on the specific frequency of ███.██ ███. Each instance of SCP-5233 possesses a unique voice when the signals are decoded to English audio.
All of SCP-5233's communications contain a memetic agent hidden in subliminal messages. During the course of communication a subject appears normal at first, but eventually the conversation always turns to the subject of the Foundation.
