File Name: SCP-9090 - Faceless Woman

Class: Euclid

SCP-9090 is a humanoid ghostly creature who is kept within a chamber deep in the SCP Foundation. Discovered on [REDACTED] at [REDACTED] Underground Station, United Kingdom, the being is docile. SCP-9090 takes the appearance of a woman with long blonde hair. The being is transparent and cannot be touched by a human being and vice versa. The creature cannot be viewed at daytime, while at night the creature can be viewed with ease at certain times. The creature is known to cause immense fear and anxiety towards the victim. One of the first instances of the creature being seen was by Oswald Mosley, leader of the BUF, while on a train in 19XX he had sighted the woman, but no one else had claimed to see her. Later on, he wrote about the creature stating she looked like a normal young woman but with no face and no visible feet or shoes. Currently the writing by Mosley is in Foundation property and its location is [REDACTED]. Another incident occurred in 19XX where a young woman had seen the woman, but again, no one had seen her at that point. It was decided by the London Borough of [REDACTED], the UK government and SCP Foundation higher-ups decided that the SCP foundation would have permission to catch the creature. Other sitings had occurred at 19XX, 19XX, 20XX and 20XX. Eventually the creature was captured by SCP personnel in late 20XX and taken swiftly to the SCP Foundation. It is stated that SCP-9090 can only be viewed by certain people.

Apparently a SCP staff member had reported an unusual sighting in 20XX, of the yet unconfirmed SCP-9090-A. Apparently SCP-9090-A takes the appearance of a [REDACTED]-Stock London Underground train which takes you into a pocket dimension which inflicts even more fear and anxiety than SCP-9090. It only appears when there is no one else and only 2 people have apparently approached SCP-9090-A, an SCP personnel and a staff member of the station. Both experienced fear and anxiety while inside SCP-9090-A. After 20 minutes of being inside SCP-9090, they arrived back at the station when SCP-9090-A had said a distorted version of ‘Please mind the gap between the train and the platform’. Currently, the SCP Foundation are undecided on whether SCP-9090-A is even real.

SCP-9090 was captured utilising [REDACTED] weapons and went with personnel compliantly.
SCP-9090 only seems to give you the fear symptoms if you give direct eye contact. The use of shutting your eyes can be incredibly useful. The SCP is being was considered being downgraded to Safe Class, but was rejected. The SCP currently does not need any sustenance to survive. There have been no escape attempts or attacks by SCP-9090, only symptoms of looking at the SCP.
