Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be locked in a standard issue safety deposit box at Site-24.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a pot of Dulux deluxe paint, with the specified colour on its packaging being Royal Blue. All exterior features of the pot match that of a standard pot of paint visually, physically, and chemically.
The liquid inside (herein referred to as SCP-XXXX-A) also matches that of that in a standard pot of paint in regards to visual and physical characteristics. After examining the molecular structure of SCP-XXXX-A, however, tests show that it matches the proton, electron and neutron counts of that of iron (Fe). Further testing dates are to be determined.
Upon attempting to utilize SCP-XXXX-A, the subject appears to have no limited supply (See test results for Test XXXX-04 and Test XXXX-06). It is currently unknown as to how this occurs, however further testing has been approved of by O5-Council member ██████ with dates TBD.
Addendum: Since SCP-XXXX’s discovery, undercover agents have been present at every Dulux factory. After investigation, it is currently unknown as to how or why the anomaly occurred. A request for further investigation has been approved.
As of ██/██/20██, SCP-XXXX-A has shown signs of limited intelligence. Foundation personnel are to take upmost precaution when handling SCP-XXXX and SCP-XXXX-A. Further requests for testing have been submitted to O5-Council, with possible consideration of SCP-XXXX-A receiving its own SCP classification.
SCP-XXXX-A has been observed to move independently, and tests have shown this movement to travel on surfaces that are angled at both an incline and decline. Further testing is required to analyse SCP-XXXX-A’s intentions.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: Due to its nature, SCP-XXXX cannot be contained at this time. Efforts to contain SCP-XXXX should instead be focused on locating affected individuals.
In the event of SCP-XXXX’s manifestation, Foundation personnel are to deploy MTF Iota-13 (“Brainwashers”) immediately to secure the surrounding area. MTF I-13 are to use a 25m² mobile observation unit to monitor the manifestation, alongside three High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles. No fewer than 15 level-2 MTF personnel are to be present at any manifestation of SCP-XXXX.
Upon arrival at a manifestation, MTF personnel are to set up a perimeter surrounding SCP-XXXX’s host building, and they are to monitor the host building’s exits. MTF personnel are authorized to execute any individuals attempting to leave the building until all SCP-XXXX-1 instances have been terminated. All streets bordering SCP-XXXX’s host building are to closed, and I-13 are to inform MTF Gamma-5 (“Red Herrings”). All publicised reports of MTF I-13’s presence are to be quickly removed, and MTF units are to claim they are eliminating a terrorist threat. Nearby buildings are to be entirely evacuated, and no civilians are permitted within a 100m radius of the host building.
After █ hours of monitoring the host building, MTF I-13 personnel are to force entry. Following procedure Lima-12, MTF I-13 are then to sweep each individual room of the building, arresting any civilians and eliminating any SCP-XXXX-1 instances. All detained civilians are to be blindfolded and escorted out of the building, and all contact made with SCP-XXXX-1 is to communicated over radio.
After all SCP-XXXX-1 instances have been successfully eliminated and SCP-XXXX-C has occurred, all arrested civilian personnel are to be administered Class-B amnesiacs, and are to be returned to their homes.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a virtual phenomenon that occurs online, with incidents having occurred globally. Foundation research has shown that manifestations of SCP-XXXX have only occurred on electronic devises that have recently accessed the application titled “Tor Browser”. Further investigations into why the phenomenon occurs are on-going.
SCP-XXXX is a computer virus that triggers repetitive flashing on the host computer’s screen(s). After observation (see Observation Log XXXX-06), it has been deduced that the flashing appears to manipulate its viewer (usually the individual using the device), however incidents have reported multiple cases of SCP-XXXX-1 anomalies.
Addendum: Excluding “Tor Browser”, SCP-XXXX shows no common factors in its manifestations. SCP-XXXX also shows no pattern in where it appears, however SCP-XXXX (thus far) has only manifested once every 15 days. Due to concerns from Foundation staff being raised with O5-Council member █████, SCP-███ (as of ██ / ██ / 20██) is hereby no longer permitted to install/have access to “Tor Browser”.
Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be held within a 3m x 3m x 3m steel chamber, with a single access door to the chamber. SCP-XXXX is not permitted to exit the cell, and CCTV in and around the cell is to be monitored for any signs of activity. SCP-XXXX is to be held at Site ███ at no less than 60 meters below sea level. Access to SCP-XXXX’s cell is only permitted once a week, with all necessary access unto SCP-XXXX’s cell being overseen by a site manager of no lower than level 3 clearance.
Access to SCP-XXXX’s cell is only permitted for sacrificial D-Class personnel. Unless authorised by an on-site manager of clearance level 4 or higher, no Foundation personnel are granted access.
Should SCP-XXXX escape its cell, the overseeing personnel are to alert Site ███ managerial staff, who are to put assigned MTF guards on high alert. Site managerial staff should also prepare a D-Class subject for conversion into SCP-XXXX-1, and are permitted to use them by whatever means necessary as bait for the escaped SCP-XXXX.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid figure that measures to the height of 1.77 metres when fully standing. SCP-XXXX holds a broad build, with little muscle mass being visibly present. It has two separate attitudes; that of SCP-XXXX-A, and that of SCP-XXXX-B. SCP-XXXX-A has the appearance of being Caucasian, with blonde hair, brown eyes, and male human-like features. SCP-XXXX-A’s face always remains emotionless, and shows no sign of response when verbally stimulated. SCP-XXXX-B, also classed as SCP-XXXX’s aggressive state, shares some visual appearance characteristics (namely the hair colour, skin colour, and physical build) with that of SCP-XXXX-A. Observations show that SCP-XXXX-B’s only significant difference with SCP-XXXX-A is the colour of the entity’s iris.
The conversion process from SCP-XXXX-A to SCP-XXXX-B is prolonged, with the time taken for transformation varying between 10 minutes to 15 hours. The beginning of the transformation is notable through examining SCP-XXXX’s iris colour. The pale blue in the left eye changes to purple. After only one iris has changed colour, scientist and on site Foundation guards are to bring and detain a D-Class subject near to SCP-XXXX’s cell.
After SCP-XXXX’s right iris has changed to a similar purple colour, SCP-XXXX enters its aggressive state (SCP-XXXX-B). SCP-XXXX begins to chuckle, with the chuckle gradually building up into a laugh, reaching anywhere between 29-41 decibels. Testing has proven that the primary victim of SCP-XXXX’s aggressive state is the closest living human. Experiments have been executed to attempt to see if SCP-XXXX requires a living human victim, and results show that SCP-XXXX chose to ignore other forms of life (tested species include Daffodil, Sheep, Chameleon and Emu), as well as a dead human being. At a point during SCP-XXXX-B’s progressively building laughter (this point shows no pattern throughout the various occurrences of SCP-XXXX-B), the closest human being begins to chuckle lightly in a fashion similar to that of SCP-XXXX. As they do so, the left iris pf both SCP-XXXX-B and the human change colour, becoming red. After their left iris has entirely changed, the human victim has now become SCP-XXXX-1.
SCP-XXXX-1 then proceeds to walk towards SCP-XXXX-B. When this begins, SCP-XXXX’s chamber door is to be unlocked, and SCP-XXXX-1 is permitted to enter. Once SCP-XXXX-1 has entered the chamber, the door is to be resealed, with SCP-XXXX-B and SCP-XXXX-1 both inside.
Observations via CCTV then show SCP-XXXX-B proceed to tear SCP-XXXX-1 apart, ingesting the torn lumps of flesh until SCP-XXXX-1 has been entirely consumed. Every SCP-XXXX-1 victim has yet to show any sign of pain/suffering. Upon ingesting the final segment of flesh, SCP-XXXX-B returns to SCP-XXXX-A’s passive form.
Since SCP-XXXX’s detainment on ██ / ██ / ████, SCP-XXXX’s transformation process has only occurred once every 6-7 days.
Addendum: Upon MTF Iota-13 (“Brain Washers”)’s attempts to capture it, SCP-XXXX was discovered to have no limit as to how many SCP-XXXX-1 victims it can make and ingest. SCP-XXXX was shown to have the ability to continually create SCP-XXXX-1 subjects in its line of sight, with MTF I-13 losing █ personnel [See MTF Iota-13 Commander Hilurk’s Containment Report]. Despite it having ingested numerous SCP-XXXX-1 victims, SCP-XXXX did not gain any physical body mass.
SCP-XXXX was first discovered in the outskirts of ███████████, a small town in Northern Wales. All remaining civilians were administered Class-B Amnesiacs.
Roughly 149 hours after SCP-XXXX had been successfully contained on ██ / ██ / ████ at Site ███, it entered its aggressive state. Due to uncertainty on how SCP-XXXX acted, scientist personnel Dr. –-Stephen Viskarl— and Dr. Rebecca Scheinen were converted into the state of being SCP-XXXX-1, with Dr. Viskarl being the first victim. Due to SCP-XXXX’s door being sealed, whilst as SCP-XXXX-1 Dr. -–Viskarl— was capable of unlocking the door with his keycard. Dr. –-Scheinen— put the area into lockdown shortly before her conversion into SCP-XXXX-1 began, allowing for MTF unit [DATA REDACTED] to later enter the chamber and resolve the situation.
