Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be used for containment of SCP-XXXX-1, SCP-XXXX is to be kept a concrete cubic cell that's atleast 3 by 3 by 3 meters, SCP-XXXX is to be kept atleast 3 meters away from every wall, and the entrance for SCP-XXXX's cell requires an airlock and have to be liquid proof. SCP-XXXX is to be constantly supervised by Level-3 or higher personel. Foundation personel is not allowed in SCP-XXXX's cell.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a wooden mannequin head, the size of an average human head, the specific material is unkown as all attempts to cut, chop or any other form of sample collection directed at the object has ended in death.

Test Alpha - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX
Procedure: One (1) Class-D will enter SCP-XXXX's cell equipped with an a knife and a Hazmat Suit, the subject will attempt to cut a piece off of SCP-XXXX. After retrieval of the sample, the subject will leave the cell immediately.
Results: The subject entered the cell and proceeded as planned, abruptedly the subject stopped, staring at SCP-XXXX, then taking off the Hazmat Suit and letting SCP-XXXX-1 posses them, the possed subject proceeded to stab themself in the chest repeatedly.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX appears to have a memetic effect on creatures, if said creature intends to damage SCP-XXXX. This effect causes the victim to let SCP-XXXX-1 possess them and thus killing them.

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 is only to be removed from SCP-XXXX for testing purposes.

Description: SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be a rubber face mask, SCP-XXXX-1 has the abilty to detect any creature, that's alive or used to live, within a 3 meter proximity, when SCP-XXXX-1 detects a living it turns to liquid flowing towards the creature, if SCP-XXXX-1 reaches it's target it will cover their face and return to solid form, if the victim is alive SCP-XXXX will change shape to match the victim's head. Upon being "possessed" by SCP-XXXX-1, the victim will lose control over thier body and mind. Only one (1) subject has ever been retrieved alive, said subject proceeded to kill themselves 4 minutes after the extraction of SCP-XXXX-1, the extraction showed SCP-XXXX-1's weakness towards SCP-XXXX, if SCP-XXXX is succefully damage while SCP-XXXX-1 is possessing someone, it will retract and cover all of SCP-XXXX, once SCP-XXXX-1 retracts from SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX will have regenerated.

Test Alpha - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: One (1) Class-D personel will enter SCP-XXXX's cell and let SCP-XXXX-1 possess them, personel will then attempt to communicate with the subject
Results: The Class-D entered, and as expected SCP-XXXX-1 possessed him. Personel asked "Can you hear us", the subject simply said "I do not wish to talk."
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 can communicate when possessing someone, but in this case chose not to, this proves aswell that SCP-XXXX-1 is sentient

Test Beta - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: One (1) deer taken from the wildlife, is to be sent into SCP-XXXX's cell, if the deer survives, it is to be terminated.
Results: SCP-XXXX-1 takes the animal as it's host, as soon as SCP-XXXX-1 comes into contact with the animal, SCP-XXXX appears to change shape into a deer head.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 can possess animals aswell as humans

Test Charlie - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: One (1) deer taken from the wildlife and then terminated, the body is then to be thrown into SCP-XXXX's cell, the body must be disposed of acordingly, SCP-XXXX is expected to change shape once again(see Test Beta)
Results: SCP-XXXX-1 takes the animal as it's host, SCP-XXXX does not appear to change shape
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 can possess dead creatures, but SCP-XXXX only changes shape when said creature is alive

Test Delta - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: One (1) Class-D Personel enter SCP-XXXX's cell wearing a Hazmat Suit, SCP-XXXX-1 is expected to liquidify when the subject enters the perimeter, the subject has been ordered to poor the liquidified SCP into a metal tube, and then afterwards seal. The subject is then to leave the cell, without the SCP, as soon as possible or face termination
Results: The subject entered the cell, and SCP-XXXX-1 liquidifies as expected, the subject proceeded to poor SCP-XXXX-1 into the metal tube, as soon as the liquid touched the metal tube, it bursted, causing the death of the subject
Analysis: After multiple test of the like the conclusion has been made that the only thing SCP-XXXX-1 accepts as it's host, other than SCP-XXXX, is living creatures or creatures that used to live.

Test Echo - ██/██/201█

Subject: SCP-XXXX-1
Procedure: A wooden mannequin head is to be made to look excactly like SCP-XXXX, two (2) Class-D personel is then to enter SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX-1 is expected to take one (1) of the subjects as it's host, while that happens the other Class-D replaces SCP-XXXX with the copy, said Class-D is then to leave the cell, if the "possessed" subject attempts to leave termination is authorised.
Results: The two (2) subjects entered SCP-XXXX's cell, as expected SCP-XXXX-1 immietedly takes one (1) of the subjects as it's host, the other Class-D proceeds to replace SCP-XXXX with the copy, SCP-XXXX-1 starts to liquidify what appears to be half of it's "body" and then takes the other Class-D as it's host, all without leaving the first subjects body.
Analysis: SCP-XXXX-1 appears to be able to possess multiple bodies at once
