Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a 10m x 10m x 10m steel-reinforced chamber with SCP-XXXX-2 at the middle, with at least one UL Level 10 bulletproof glass window covered with one-way mirror film installed in the room. A person needs to have slept inside the room at least once in order to allow SCP-XXXX to manifest within the chamber. Any type of seat that could sit at least two people should be placed in the proper viewing angles in accordance to the specification of SCP-XXXX-2. Two cameras with audio feed should be installed to monitor personnel within the containment chamber in a location behind SCP-XXXX-2. An interrupted power supply will be provided to the room at all times.
All reflective surfaces that would allow security personnel using the camera to look at SCP-XXXX-2 should be removed from the containment chamber. All electronic devices with the display capacity of at least a 5X9 LED screen should also be removed upon entering SCP-XXXX-1.
At least two Class-D personnel should always remain within premises of SCP-XXXX-1 while looking at SCP-XXXX-2 starting from 0100H and 0500H with respect to the timezone where SCP-XXXX-1 is currently located. Both personnel should always maintain direct eye contact at SCP-XXXX-2 once its enters Phase 1. No personnel is allowed to enter SCP-XXXX-1 for the duration of SCP-XXXX's manifestation. Personnel inside the room will give the monitoring personnel signals to indicate which Phase is currently happening inside the room.
In the event that a person looking at SCP-XXXX-2 averts their gaze, a new Class-D personnel should be placed inside SCP-XXXX-1 and be ordered to look at SCP-XXXX-2 for remainder of the the phases.
In the event that both personnel averts their gaze, Mobile Task Force Alpha-4 around the world will be notified to find SCP-XXXX.
Class-D personnel that survives Phase 2 will be given Class-B amnestics. All remains, if any, of Class-D personnel [DATA EXPUNGED] by SCP-XXXX-3 will be removed from the room.
