Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be accessible on this document only. Any other computers containing SCP-XXXX must be physically destroyed.
Description: SCP-XXXX refers to the document found in the SCP Foundation database titled “SCP-XXXX.” No researchers have reported working on the research or writing of the document and all efforts to delete the document have failed. Trying to delete or edit the document only crashes the computer containing SCP-XXXX and doesn’t delete or edit the document. Trying to move the document to a different computer or location on the computer it’s currently on only duplicates the document.
There is not enough evidence to prove whether the information in the document is true or false. The personnel in the document exist and have been questioned. They have no memory of anything in the document except for ███████ who has distinct memory of the events in entry 2-XXXX-3.
“Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe Euclid Keter Principalis
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 are kept in 5m x 5m x 5m rooms on Site-██ and Site-██ respectively. A gamma-ray emitter is placed inside the chamber to feed SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2. The cell is lined with 46 centimeters thick layer of lead to prevent the gamma radiation from leaving the room. SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 are exactly identical and collectively referred to as SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX is a sapient and conscious being— but understands the need to keep it contained—. A means of communication has been established with SCP-XXXX through sign language and a telescreen inside the cell. There have been reports of telepathy, though current evidence is inadequate.
If SCP-XXXX or any of its body parts are spotted outside the cell, the reactor is to be deactivated and hazmat personnel are to be dispatched to scrub the area of radiation and guide SCP-XXXX or its body parts back to the cell. There hasn’t been any damage other then acute radiation poisoning. If a level 5 breach occurs, the heart is to be deactivated.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a hexapedal walker with a 2.44-meter tail. SCP-XXXX has a humanoid torso with two arms and a humanoid head six circular photosensitive spots on either side of the face. The flesh tone is a bright tan, is partially translucent, and smooth. At full height, SCP-XXXX stands at about 2.36 meters tall and is 2.14 meters long (not including tail). The particles on the edges of its body are fraying. They come apart and shiver in place 3 millimeters away from the body on average.
The “eyes” are slightly darker in coloration than the surrounding flesh, are slightly sunken in, and are the same size as human eyes. There are two nostril slits in the center which contain exotic olfactory receptors. There is no mouth.
The torso is slim and has the same bone structure as a human torso. The ribs are visible even if without translucent flesh. Without seeing the rest of the body, one would think that they were looking at a malnourished adult human rather than SCP-XXXX if they don't notice the lack of nipples. The arms are 1.13 meters long and are extremely thin. They each end in clawed hands with three fingers and a thumb, each the same length of 16.4 centimeters. The digits each end with a straight, 5.2-centimeter long claw.
The main body of SCP-XXXX is analogous to a hairless horse torso. It is cylindrically shaped with the six legs, three on each side, that are like the entity’s arms. The front four bend back towards the tail and the back two bend towards the front of SCP-XXXX. Its feet are like its hands but instead of three fingers and a thumb, there are four fingers without a thumb. The legs are very muscular and from the ground to the top of the back is 1.47 meters.
The body of SCP-XXXX has no internal organs and x-rays have revealed SCP-XXXX to have no organs other than the artificial circulatory system, bones, and flesh.
The exotic particles’ wave functions that SCP-XXXX is made out of normally can’t collapse or interact with surrounding particles, but Foundation researchers discovered that with enough energy the exotic wave functions can be forced to collapse and interact with native particles. So, the researchers of SCP-XXXX created a circulatory system out of a controllable antimatter reactor for the heart, and the veins and capillaries are replaced with energy conduits. The reactor can be turned on and off, increase or decrease energy output, and restrict which parts of the body energy flows to. It is also equipped with a detonation system.
The exotic particles behave in a way similar to a hive mind. The particles on their own have no conscious state, but together they gather consciousness. The being of SCP-XXXX is made purely out of these atoms so it is likely that it moves, thinks, and gathers energy in this way. See Entry 1-XXXX-6 for more information.
The bone structure is a either a dense isotope or a completely different element. It acts like a strong metal, but produces the exotic atoms which is part of how SCP-XXXX mends wounds. The bones gather energy from the surrounding mass and condenses it into a new particle.
The differing laws between particles produce strange occurrences listed from most common to rarest:
- Body parts of SCP-XXXX disappearing for a 1-4 seconds
- Body parts detaching from SCP-XXXX’s body and floating off on their own for 1-2 seconds before snapping back into position
- Memory loss
- Personnel near SCP-XXXX having auditory hallucinations
- Chemical burns after physical contact with SCP-XXXX
- Sudden loss of consciousness when near SCP-XXXX
- Spontaneous and significant decrease in temperature pressure in the immediate vicinity
- Personnel and/or object disappearance
- Personnel and/or object displacement (displaced within 1-100 meters range unknown)
- Photonic booms
- Uncontrolled nuclear fusion

Recovery Log: SCP-XXXX-1 was found on the streets of Boston, Massachusetts on ████████. It appeared from nowhere, and a Mobile Task Force was quickly sent to retrieve it before it gets out of control. With the use of strong lasers, the MTF was able to guide SCP-XXXX-1 to Site-██. The Foundation stopped the event from being publicly known after a few weeks of tracking information. The entity showed signs of high intelligence, once the artificial circulatory system was created. When SCP-XXXX-1 was deemed safe, Dr. Chipman, the senior scientist leading research on SCP-XXXX-1, contacted █████ Durn to teach SCP-XXXX-1 sign language. After 3 months, fluency was achieved.
SCP-XXXX-2 was created on site: refer to entry 1-XXXX-6.
Experiment Log 1-XXXX-4: A tissue sample was taken of SCP-XXXX to be tested in SCP-536. The test was cut short because the tissue sample radiated away.
Trial 1: The tissue sample was placed in a glass jar and was taken into SCP-536 by Subject D-635073. The speed of light was reduced to 100 m/s and the subject was asked to shake the jar. The tissue appeared to lag behind in time phasing through the sides of the jar. The speed of light was returned to normal.
Trial 2: The lambda dial was decreased by one order of magnitude a minute over the course of 20 minutes. Subject D-635073 was instructed to shake the tissue sample in one-minute intervals. There were no observable effects. The dial was then returned to normal and then increased by one order of magnitude every minute for 12 minutes. The tissue sample decreased in size and the rate of degradation increased as the dial was increased. Subject D-635073 showed signs of acute radiation poisoning and eventually unconsciousness and death.
Experiment Log 1-XXXX-5: A continuation of experiment 2-XXXX-4.
Trial 3: Subject D-661724 entered SCP-536 with a tissue sample of SCP-XXXX placed it in the center of the chamber. The Planck’s Constant dial was decreased by one order of magnitude every minute for 5 minutes. Subject D-661724 shrunk in size to 10 billionth his initial size. The tissue did not seem to be affected. Planck’s Constant was returned to normal and Subject D-661724 returned to normal size, dead. Subject D-661724 was removed from the chamber and Planck’s constant was increased by one order of magnitude every minute for 5 minutes. The tissue does not seem to be affected and the air molecules grew to 10 billion times their original size.
Trial 4: Subject D-407779 was sent into SCP-536. The theta dial was decreased by a factor of ten every minute for 10 minutes. Subject D-407776 disintegrated after the first change. During the 10 minutes, the tissue sample was in limbo between disintegration and staying together. The particles fraying at the edges stretched further from the main body and the shivering increased in frequency and amplitude. The dial was set to normal then increased by one order of magnitude per minute for ten minutes. The reverse effects were observed: the frayed particles were closer to the tissue and the frequency and amplitude decreased. The amount of fraying and the size of the strong nuclear force are inversely proportional.
Trial 5 and Trial 6: The gravitational constant and fundamental electric charge were both tested and no effects were detected.
Experiment Log 1-XXXX-6: A collection of tissue samples from SCP-XXXX-1 were put together along with a bone sample in the middle. It was hypothesized that with enough mass, the tissue should become its own being with its own consciousness. Tissue was added once a week and the different samples merged together and the bone structure grew. After 3 months, the mass didn’t respond to any sensory input of either light nor physical stimulation, but when brought near SCP-XXXX-1, it reached out to it with a ‘proto-hand.’ SCP-XXXX-1 reached out as well but physical interaction was prevented.
It was left alone with tissue added for another 2 months and dark spots appeared on the mass. Limbs started to take shape and it began to walk around the research lab. A new cell was created identical to SCP-XXXX-1’s and weekly tissue stopped being added. It eventually grew into an identical copy of SCP-XXXX-1 but memory and intelligence were not inherited.
Incident Log 2-XXXX-3: A containment specialist reportedly had a telepathic conversation with SCP-XXXX that has yet to be confirmed. The subject was standing by as a researcher was taking a tissue sample to be tested for chemical properties when he reported first experiencing telepathic communication. The dialogue that occurred between the two has been recorded below:
<Begin Log>
SCP-XXXX-1: (telepathically) Why do you do this?
███████ (Subject): (out loud) What?
Dr. ███ (researcher): What?
███████: Didn’t you say something?
Dr. ███: No… why?
███████: Must’ve been a hallucination.
SCP-XXXX-1: It was not. Why do you do this?
███████: I hear it again ███.
Dr. ███: Yeah, they tend to last for a little bit. What’s it saying?
SCP-XXXX-1: STOP TALKING
███████: …
Dr. ███: What is it?
SCP-XXXX-1: (telepathically) Why do you do this?
███████: …what do you mean?
Dr. █████: (from a speaker) Mr. ███████? Dr. ███? Are you having trouble in there?
SCP-XXXX-1: Why do you catalog us? Treat us like objects of research? You did this to animals and look at what happened. You did this to other humans and look at what happened. Now you do this to the anomalous. Things you can’t explain. Many aren’t dangerous. Some aren’t even sentient in your eyes. Why?
███████: …I-I don’t know… so they don’t… how do you know…
Dr. ███: I think this is more than hallucinations Dr. █████.
Dr. █████: Mr. ███████, please exit the holding cell. Dr. ███, I will send in Ms. █████ to retrieve him and Mr. █████████ will be joining you for tissue extraction.
SCP-XXXX-1: Answer. NOW.
███████: I-I don’t know… how to…
<End Log>
Closing Statement: ███████ has experienced no further interactions with SCP-XXXX and no side effects have been detected. Incident Log 2-XXXX-12: SCP-XXXX went missing for 27 hours and 15 minutes. It disappeared while it was in containment and reappeared still in containment. Facility wide searches were conducted and the surrounding premises were also searched. It wasn’t found until it reappeared in the containment room. Searches to find ways of escape have been unsuccessful.
Incident Log 2-XXXX-16: SCP-XXXX-1’s transport truck was found unscathed. The engine and doors to the cell containing SCP-XXXX-1 were missing and the radiation emitters were still on. No tracks were leading out of nor into the cell. No radiation trail was found around the truck.
The reactor was to be turned off but the controls for the regulation of the reactor were missing from the control panel. The place where they were was replaced by a blank area with no controls.
Addendum 3-XXXX-1: A tissue sample from SCP-XXXX-1 was introduced to one of the thirty six (36) SCP-001 individuals (more specifically, SCP-001-██). Nothing happened. (who wrote this? There’s no documentation of this experiment)
Addendum 3-XXXX-2-1: After consent from SCP-XXXX-2, controlled physical trauma was induced by foundation researchers. It was then introduced to SCP-590. After physical contact, nothing happened.
Addendum 3-XXXX-2-2: Request to administer SCP-500 was retracted as SCP-XXXX has no mouth. The researcher that requested SCP-500 was reassigned.
Addendum 3-XXXX-3: SCP-XXXX-2 was told that the German word for ‘three’ (3) was ‘drei.’SCP-XXXX-1 listened to a recording of SCP-2284 answering the question “What is the German word for three,” with “zwei.” Then it was asked the question “What is the German word for three,” and responded with “drei.” The same thing was repeated with SCP-XXXX-2 and the same results were recorded.

Addendum 3-XXXX-5: When Hume levels around SCP-XXXX were tested, there was no change other than normal levels until the detector was no more than 3 mm away from SCP-XXXX. Within 3 mm, the detector stops functioning for unknown reasons.
Addendum 3-XXXX-6: SCP-XXXX-1 occasionally asks about visiting SCP-3812, and all have been denied.
Addendum 3-XXXX-7: SCP-XXXX-1 claims to have walked the spiral path and found the end. All questions asked about the end have been answered with “The Ethics Committee has requested that I give no further information.” When asked about what the spiral path is, it responds with “I require permission from O5-00 to say anything further.” All ways to get SCP-XXXX-1 to say has failed.
Addendum 3-XXXX-8: [REDACTED] (If this is some sort of joke, it isn’t funny)
Addendum 3-XXXX-9: SCP-XXXX-1’s requests to visit the Gate Guardian have all been denied. (Does it know that the proposals aren’t real?) y̶ę͝s
Addendum 3-XXXX-10: SCP-XXXX-1 requested access to SCP-2700-1. It claims it can prevent SCP-2700 from being released but refuses to tell foundation personnel how it plans on doing so.
Addendum 3-XXXX-11: [REDACTED] (Dr. Chipman has been notified and will take appropriate action)
Addendum 3-XXXX-13: Termination requests have all been denied.
Addendum 3-XXXX-14: [REDACTED]
Addendum 3-XXXX-15: Termination of SCP-XXXX-1 has been requested O5-██.

The file ends abruptly in the middle of a word as the rest is corrupted by strange characters that were added into the code. The following string of characters were found in the code multiple times: “1VdvLstNdiC_9wvaqu2ij3Ru3p1idPKKuq2_VCMI48_o”. There is no discernible purpose for the string to be in the code.
Addendum 1-XXXX-1: The string of characters are found to be the hash on a Google Docs file. Which contains the string of characters “cml24oKs”.
