DESCRIPTION: SCP-5999 is a picture approximately 3 ft in length and 1.5 ft in height. On the picture is a face similar to that of a clown, with described horrific features. The eyes of the clown cause emotional distress. This distress is described as the clown like figure always being present. This leads to insomnia, malnutrition, and 100% percent of cases lead to suicide. The picture is expressed to become alive, the humanoid clown's arms reaching out. The clown in the picture will reach out and bite of heads of any human near the picture. if left alone this clown can escape, consuming any living thing in its way.
CAPTURED: This Picture was captured and contained by EPSILON-6(Village Idiots) EPSILON-11(NINE TAILED FOX) and OMEGA-7(Pandora's Box) in an underground 20th Century Museum where Nazis stored designated "degenerate" art. There were no casualties.
CONTAINED: SCP-5999 is contained at SITE 61 in a Airtight box, exposed to no light and is heavily guarded at all times by heavily armed Mobile Task Force OMEGA-7(Pandora's Box). SCP-5999 must never be accessed and must always remain in its box.
TERMINATION: SCP-5999 will eventually be terminated by being dropped in a bucket of hydrochloric acid.
