Under the permission of at least one (1) level two personnel, SCP-XXXX can be relocated to a nearby cafeteria or kitchen.

Description: SCP-XXXX is an ordinary looking pair of kitchen tongs recovered on ██/██20██ from a Walmart located in ██, USA. However, when held the subject will have a desire to cook something. This can easily be resisted easily by realizing that there is nothing to cook or not wanting to. SCP-XXXX also has the ability to cook any food precisely how the user wants it in exactly three (3) minutes.

There is no observable transition from raw to cooked; For two minutes and 59 seconds the food is raw and for the final second it is cooked. Not only can SCP-XXXX be used as cookware, but it could also be a viable weapon under certain circumstances as it works on living tissue. See Test Two for further details.

Addendum: Test Logs

Test One:
Subject: D-99324
Results: D-99324 was given a stopwatch, a raw chicken, and SCP-XXXX. He was told to pick up SCP-XXXX and grip the chicken with it. At the same time as the chicken was gripped, D-99324 started the stopwatch. He was told to think of how to cook the chicken and to watch the stopwatch and the chicken. After exactly three (3) minutes the chicken was cooked to "medium-rare" as D-99324 described it.

Test Two:
Subjects: D-98342 and D-99324
Results: D-98342 and D-99324 were given SCP-XXXX and a lump of bread dough. They were told how SCP-XXXX worked and to cook the dough however they wanted. The first time, the dough was turned into a baguette. The second time, it was lightly toasted and when asked, D-98342 said he made garlic bread.

D-98342 was then asked to grab D-99324's arm with SCP-XXXX. After protests on D-99324's part, they complied. After exactly three (3) minutes D-99324 suddenly had severe third-degree burns covering much of his body. His eyebrows and hair had been singed off as well. D-98342 was then asked to grab his own arm with SCP-XXXX. He promptly refused and upon the threat of force, he still refused.

When the door was opened, D-98342 attempted to rush the door managing to grab Agent ███████. SCP-XXXX was put on the Agents arm. Agent ███████ was exposed for roughly thirty (30) seconds before rolling over and exposing D-98342. He was shot in the back with Agent █████'s sidearm. D-98342 fell off of Agent ███████ and an examination revealed a shattered spinal cord. D-98324 has since been terminated.

Test Three:
Subjects: D-84022
Results: To test how hot SCP-XXXX would get, D-84022 was given SCP-XXXX and an industrial grade thermometer. She was told to think of how hot to "cook" with. After three (3) minutes the thermometer showed a temperature of ██.█ degrees Celsius. She said that was exactly how hot she wanted it to be. Repeating it showed the same result but with a different temperature. Then D-84022 was told to think of no temperature. The thermometer showed no change.
