Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a locked room with each wall measuring around 10 to 11 meters in length. A Mobile Task Force Officer is to be watching SCP-6398 at all times, with two Foundation Personnel accompanying the Mobile Task Force Officer. The personnel are stationed in a mini office that overlook SCP-XXXX resembling a balcony. No personnel are ever allowed inside the containment unless they have SCP-XXXX-3 equipped.

Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a gathering of people with the males having flannel and a tie and females wearing a normal dress. These "people" appear to have no facial features, but, from Class-D personnel testing, appear to mumble about being at a party and asking the Class-D if they are staying long, which made the Site Director, █████, reference them as "party guests." The party guests hold many forms of drinks, like soda and what appears to be juice. During Test-IV, the Class-D took a drink from a party guest and drank it. After a minute, the Class-D fell over and died, classifying the drinks as "poisonous."

SCP-XXXX appears to have caused mental disfunctioning and hallucinations to the Class-D personnel inside the containment. From testing, the Scientific Department have gathered that SCP-XXXX will cause this mental hallucination within 5 feet of a party guest. The mental disfunctioning apparently makes the victim think the party guests are slowly disappearing. At the seven minutes mark, the victim will start to vomit and get severe migraines. After around twenty minutes, the victim will see only one party guest, which will turn into an instance of SCP-XXXX-2.

SCP-XXXX-2 is a party guest with large, glowing white eyes and a mouth that appears to have an infinite amount of glowing white teeth. The victim will see the lights go dark and SCP-XXXX-2 crane it's neck at inhuman feats to get the victim to see it's face. If SCP-XXXX-2 is successful, the victim will die and immediately corrode, turning into ashes. If the victim is aware of this event and looks away, the victim will disappear and a new party guest will form.

Some party guests hold an instance of SCP-XXXX-3. SCP-XXXX-3 is a plastic substance that has a label on it, reading: "Rain Check." This object will prevent SCP-XXXX's mental events to whoever is holding it. Only personnel with over Level 4 clearance can have this item.

Addendum 1: SCP-XXXX's party guests all fell asleep at the same time. Dr.██████ sent two Class-D personnel into the containment at this time, and neither of them felt the mental effects.

Addendum 2: An intelligent party guest, who looked like just like a Medical Department worker, was engaged with a interrogation with Dr. O'Neil. The intelligent party guest was labeled as SCP-XXXX-I. Removing SCP-XXXX-I from containment caused the party guests to filp out and try to breach themselves. Once SCP-XXXX-I returned, the party guests calmed and returned to their normal state.
