A typical bucket that is a 1:1 replica SCP-4388
Item #: SCP-4438
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4438 is to be kept in a small, 2m^3 steel cell with a drainage system capable of supporting a flow-rate of 200 litres/sec. A reservoir below SCP-4438’s cell sized 50m^3 to hold the water inside SCP-4438 in event of a containment breach. Due to properties described below, a pump system is in place to re-incorporate SCP-4438-1 into itself again after item is contained.
SCP-4438 rests on a 0.5-meter tall wooden table drilled into the cell’s floor, with SCP-4438 clamped to the to the table. The clamp is affixed to the table with a keycard slot. In order to remove SCP-4438 from the clamp, a level 3 keycard is required.
SCP-4438’s cell is to be consistently monitored with installed cameras inside the cell and to be kept at 10°C at all times. Air should be constantly filtered.
If at any time liquid from SCP-4438 spills from the container, it is to be considered a containment breach, and the immediate area to be secured.
Description: SCP-4438 is a 0.25-meter tall iron bucket with a top diameter of 0.32 meters, that can hold 12.3 litres of pure liquid water. SCP-4438-1 will always remain at 12.3 litres, even if tipped.
SCP-4438 was found on ██/██/19██ on a restricted beach in Anchorage, AL, USA. SCP-4438 was upright and semi-buried at the time of discovery, but due to the close vicinity to the ocean shore, whether it had been spilt before the date of recovery is currently unknown.
