Special Containment Procedures:
~~6 Security Personnel are to be stationed patrolling the structure surrounding SCP-XXXX-1, and an additional 2 are to be stationed in the entrance to the cave inhabited by SCP-XXXX-2 at all times, guards are to be swapped twice a month and are discouraged to talk to the entity or drinking the surrounding water.
~~Anyone trying to enter the premises are to be denied entry. Traspassers are to be detained, questioned and freed after a light dose of amnestics.
Description:
~~SCP-XXXX-1 consists on two lakes in the Andes mountains connected by a waterfall 867 meters long, the bottom lake is 3 meters deep and occupies an area of approximately 25m², while the top lake rests in a small valley halfway up a mountain, it is 7.5 meters deep and around 47m² long. Additionally, the mass of the water never increases or decreases in any of the lakes and is not touchable, seemingly not existent in our reality in any way other than visually. A religious compound has been built around this, including walls, an ornate path to the cave, a shrine, a living area for monks and a communal area.
~~Behind the hitting point of the waterfall rests an entry to a middle sized cave, with what looks like art depictions of a family of three, a man, a woman, and a male child; in the deepest part of the cave rests a dilipadated makeshift camp inhabited by an adult male of Indian descent, roughly 40 years old, denominated SCP-XXXX-2. This entity was idolized by the monks under the belief that it was the remnants of the soul of the deity "Abzu". SCP-XXXX-2 shows signs of sentience, but it has been observed peeking at foundation staff and showing symptoms of depression.
