Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5119 is to be kept in a storage locker, with a keypad lock. The code is to be changed bi-weekly. Only personnel who have had a psychiatric assessment within the last year are cleared to write inside of SCP-5119. SCP-5119-2 must be kept in a separate locker, with a different code then SCP-5119.
Description: SCP-5119 is a notebook with a black camouflage pattern on the cover. SCP-5119-2 is a black erasable pen. If a living being writes inside of SCP-5119 using SCP-5119-2, after 1-2 minutes and after no further writing has occurred, SCP-5119-2 will move of its own accord, writing the thoughts of the last person to have written in SCP-5119, and drawing pictures in the writer's own personal style, even if the writer never drew in SCP-5119.
Addendum 1440-A: Dr.████ wrote in SCP-5119 at approximately 2:40 PM. At approximately 3:40 AM, D-97865 was found dead with his throat slit. SCP-5119-2 was found next to his body, with blood covering the tip of the pen. Dr.████ confirms that he was thinking about murdering D-97865 at the estimated time of death. Dr.████ is to be detained and stripped of his clearance.
