Fellow Overseers,

The file on SCP-XXXX has been locked. I was made aware of SCP-XXXX by Dr. ██████ of Site-███. They contacted me as they were unable to access the file on SCP-XXXX. I attempted to access the file, but was also unable to. It has been updated recently, but I am unsure by who. Are any of you able to access the file?

I cannot access the file. While I was trying to access it, it had another update. from the change in the file's size, whoever changed it added a large amount of information.

>O-5 1: Alright, everyone, I have looked more into the access of SCP-XXXX's file. I have checked with Foundation Database IT. According to them, access is restricted past Level 5 and O-5. Even IT's Maintenance Access only lets them see who has access to the file.

>O-5 11: You know who is changing the file?

>O-5 1: Yes.

>O-5 8: Well, Who is it?

>O-5 1: According to IT, it's ████████, the Founder.

>O-5 3: ████████'s alive? I thought.

>O-5 6: ████████ died. They were only able to contain a few Anomalies. The Foundation didn't find SCP-███ until years later. There was no chance that ████████ survived.

>O-5 12: Are we sure that this isn't another anomaly? That may be more likely than ████████.

>O-5 11: There's no way to be sure.

>O-5 13: I propose a vote to use other anomalies to attempt to gain access to the file.
