Special Containment Procedures: The entrance to the bunker containing SCP-5668 is to be monitored by a minimum of six (6) security personnel at all times. [See Update 5668-3-1]

The SCPS Loki, a custom Foundation Boston Class heavy cruiser1 Arleigh Burke class Destroyer, crewed by NTF-Omega-101 "The Deceivers" is to patrol the island that SCP-5668 is located on within a six (6) kilometre radius at all times, deviating from this patrol only to refuel or rearm, in which case, the active facility guard is to be increased to thirty (30) personnel.

Any unauthorized personnel that attempt to enter SCP-5668 are to be detained and administered class-C amnestics and released. Any unauthorized personnel that manage to enter SCP-5668 regardless of which sub-level they manage to reach are to be detained for questioning and subsequently terminated.

Personnel assigned to SCP-5668 are to operate under the guise of a World War 2 bunker restoration project for the Norwegian government. The Foundation has been given permission by the government of Norway to use Norwegian military assets and as seen fit whenever needed.

As they cannot be taken off site or detained, SCP-5668-2 instances are to be closely observed via closed circuit camera system on sub-levels 3, 4, 5 and 6 of SCP-5668 for any new or increasingly hostile behavior. Any instances of SCP-5668-2 that appear outside of SCP-5668 are to be reported but not engaged, as the loss of civilian life by SCP-5668-2 instances is considered negligible by the Foundation. Any civilians that view an instance of SCP-5668-2 are to administered class-B amnestics and released.

SCP-5668-1-A is to be given a psychoanalysis once per month by trained staff accompanied by no less than four security personnel. The site administrator is authorized to order a second psychoanalysis per month as seen fit, but no more than this amount is permitted. SCP-5668-1-A is also allowed a one (1) hour session per month with any member of the Global Scientific Community of its choosing. After the session, the member of the GSC is to be administered class-B amnestics and is not allowed to be selected again by SCP-5668-1-A for three (3) months.

Update 5668-3-1
██/██/20██: Due to a recent attack by members of The Church of the Broken God GOI-004, security has been upgraded to a minimum of fifteen (15) Security personnel monitoring the entrance at all times with a minimum of thirty (30) security personnel on standby. All security personnel are to be from the newly formed STF-Omega-202 "Hull Down". The research staff is also to be permitted access to a single small arms locker on sub-level 2 containing ten (10) Beretta 9mm pistols and five (5) H&K G36 Rifles. All research staff are to be trained to properly and efficiently use this equipment in case of subsequent attacks by GOI-004.

Update 5668-3-2
05/10/2005: SCPS Loki has undertaken a second retrofit to enhance the stealth and defensive capabilities of the vessel. This retrofit included replacing the older Phalanx CIWS (Close In Weapon System) M61 Vulcan with the more modern RIM-116 (Rolling Airframe Missile) system for ship defense, and the addition of the PAO (Phased Array Optic) camouflage system as to better conceal the vessel and ease suspicion of the locals of ███████ island.

Description: SCP-5668 is a bunker of Nazi German origins located on ███████ island, twenty (20) kilometres off the coast of Norway.

The bunker started construction in 1942 and is ongoing through means of SCP-5668-2 and SCP-5668-3. The power source of SCP-5668 is anomalous in nature but is believed to be [REDACTED] as explained by SCP-5668-1-A. The ground level of SCP-5668 is built to standard German bunker designs of the time and contains nothing but a simple stairwell that descends directly to sub-level 1.

Sub-level 1 is decorated in a similar manner to that of the Reichstag in Germany prior to the fire in 1933 with the addition of flags of both the Nazi Reich and the Obskuracorps2 including luxurious couches and a large dining table centered in the room along with a small glass container on a pedestal containing a 1/300 scale model of SCP-4217. Sub-level one also contains an ornate oak desk near the back end of the room that was once used to check in personnel to sub-level 2.

The entrance to SCP-5668 after an attack by GOI-004. Plate steel door was destroyed during the attack and later replaced by a six (6) inch thick cast steel door.

Sub-level 2 consists of a barracks area with bedding for 110 occupants along with a dining area and kitchen akin to that of most large German warships. Sub-level 2 also houses a large scientific wing which has been sealed off by a 1-meter thick concrete plug due to a containment breach of ███ semi-functional SCP-5668-23 (Hereby designated SCP-5668-2-A) resulting in the deaths of ██ security personnel and █ research personnel. Personnel assigned to SCP-5668 are to use sub-level 2 as a barracks as was the original design of the room and is considered safe as normal instances of SCP-5668-2 cannot manifest on sub-levels 1 or 2 or the ground level.

The staircase to sub-level 3 is locked behind a one meter thick steel blast door that, protected by the same markings as the belt armor on SCP-4217 which function in a similar manner with improved regenerative and protective abilities, likely due to the markings being more closely engraved together allowing for a higher density of thaumatologic particles to be present.

The staircase leading to sub-level 3 emerges on the north side of a 0.5 X 0.5 X 0.001-kilometre concrete room, it should once again be noted that all floors beneath sublevel three are exactly identical with exception to sub-level 50. Sub-level 3 is where a majority of the anomalous properties of SCP-5668 begin to appear. A list of the entities contained within SCP-5668 can be found below.

SCP-5668-1-A refers to a single German television screen of unknown origin and a typewriter style keyboard in the exact center of sub-level 3. SCP-5668-1-A contains the consciousness of an previously unknown Nazi German scientist who refers to itself as Doctor Heinrich König. The consciousness of Dr. König has "enveloped" every single instance of SCP-5668-1-B and therefore contains immense willpower, a yet untested IQ and slight reality bending abilities which it has used to aid SCP-5668-2 instances in the construction of SCP-5668. How exactly Dr. König was able to use his consciousness to "Envelop" all the instances of SCP-5668-1-B is unknown, but Foundation researchers believe that he may have had a perfect 200 IQ before being implemented into SCP-5668-1-A, allowing him to have more control over the unconscious areas of his brain. Brief scans of the television of SCP-5668-1-A have revealed that the original brain of Dr. König is contained within it with a massive 10 cm braided optical cable that has completely replaced the cerebellum.

Despite SCP-5668-1-A's immense willpower it can still be reasoned with as would a normal human subject. Interview teams have regularly been able to come to terms with SCP-5668-1-A to conduct interviews and tests in which cases SCP-5668-1-A will order all SCP-5668-2 instances to 'stand down'. SCP-5668-1-A refuses to comply once any personnel go below sub-level 3 in which case it will relive it's 'stand down' order and all SCP-5668-2 instances will resume hostility towards personnel. [Interviews with Dr. König can be found in Addendum 5668-2]

Discovery: SCP-5668 came to the foundation's attention in early 1946 when a team of British Royal Marines along with members of MTF-Omega-18 came upon the island looking for evidence to swiftly convict various scientists at the Nuremberg trials that had been accused of the usage of anomalous objects and entities. Upon discovery of the bunker the royal marines conducted a search of the area along with a search of the local population of the island.
