| Item #: SCP-5386 | ![]() |
Object Class: Euclid |
| Level 3 Clearance | Threat Level: Green ● |
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-5386 is to be kept in a Roscher-Type cognitohazard storage locker at Site-█. Usage for testing requires a detailed explanation of testing procedure, and must be cleared by a personnel with level 4 or higher clearance. When being transported, SCP-5286 must be inside a fully sealed steel container no smaller than 1 (one) meter on each side. Due to the nature of the object, transport by one person is advised.
Should the anomalous effects of SCP-5386 manifest in ways not outlined in the testing procedures, security staff equipped with SCRAMBLE-II are to be deployed to resolve the situation peacefully, if possible. If peaceful resolution is not possible (Affected cannot be contained), limited force is authorized. Contained affected personnel are to be treated with class-b amnestics and be subject to a psychological evaluation.
Description: SCP-5386 is an unknown object with strong cognitohazard properties. Tests show a mass of approximately 7.3kg. Size of the object cannot be determined accurately due to the nature of the anomalous effects.
When viewed, SCP-5386 changes its appearance for each person viewing it. This includes remote viewing through a camera or otherwise. SCRAMBLE gear has been shown to protect against the effects of SCP-5386. Affected have reported perceiving the object as a:
- Chair
- MasterCard®️
- Level █ secure access card
- Prosthetic arm
- Laptop
- [DATA EXPUNGED]
There does not appear to be any sort of pattern to what SCP-5836 shows itself as.
When multiple people are viewing SCP-5386, they will feel compelled to state what they view it as. As SCP-5386 is different for each person looking at it, confusion and argument will occur. All tests with the object in sight have turned violent within five (5) minutes. Affected will attempt to use any tools available to murder the others. The violence only stops when there is only a single person left viewing SCP-5386. Forceful separation and amnestics administration has been shown to calm subjects down.
Addendum: Evidence suggests that SCP-5836 also increases aggression in affected people, however this requires more testing to be proven.

SCP-5936
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-5936 is to be kept in a standard security storage locker in site 28 while not being used for testing. Permission from a personnel with level 3 or higher clearance is required to use SCP-5936.
Anyone who removes SCP-5936 from containment without permission or takes it off of site premises is to be terminated, and SCP-5936 returned to its locker.
Addendum: As of ██/██/██97, SCP-5936 has been declared neutralized. Containment is no longer required.
Description: SCP-5936 is a 4/4 size violin, presumably made around 1720, and has no markings from a creator. Place of origin is unknown. The case and bow it was discovered with do not have anomalous properties.
Its anomalous properties occur when someone attempts to play SCP-5936. The subject will be able to play at a very high skill level, regardless of actual musical experience. When the subject attempts to play a musical piece, they will proceed to do so perfectly. At a random point during the music, the subject will play incorrectly, be it a wrong note, timing, or tone, and will start the piece over. This process repeats until the subject expires of exhaustion, starvation, or lack of water.
Subject: D-69266
Piece: Sonata No. 1 in G minor, BWV 1001 by J. S. Bach
Results: Subject played the piece flawlessly for thirty-three (33) seconds, at which point subject played the notes on the wrong string. Process continued in a similar manner at different points for thirty-seven (37) hours.
Analysis: This doesn't tell us much. More testing required. -Researcher ███████

| Item #: SCP-805-J | ![]() |
Object Class: Keter |
| Level 3 Clearance | Threat Level: Orange ● |
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-805-J and the school it resides in is to be monitored 24/7 from an undisclosed location by means of the built-in camera system. Any unusual behavior is to be reported to the Head researcher present.
If SCP-805-J exhibits any abnormal or anomalous behavior, the location is to be evacuated immediately. Civilians in the area are to be told it is a standard safety drill. If SCP-805-J exits the area of containment, MTF Whiskey-9 (Hell’s Librarians) is to be dispatched to the location and standard evacuation and amnestic procedures are to be carried out. Implanting memories of a minor fire into people nearby has been proposed, and is awaiting approval by the director of nearby site ██.
Due to the nature of SCP-805-J and its environment, there will not be any tests conducted.
Addendum 1: Since incident 805-J-A, the science room that SCP-805-J works in and the surrounding rooms are to be inspected weekly by at least two (2) personnel.
Addendum 2: Do not try to stop SCP-805-J from approaching SCP-805-J-1. If attempted, SCP-805-J will not hesitate to dib you as well.
-Head Researcher █████
Description: SCP-805-J is an extra-dimensional entity that manifests itself as a Caucasian male around the age of 50. It only manifests during school days at █████ ████ Middle School, in █████, █████. There is no known way of removing SCP-805-J from this location. It takes the role of an 8th-grade science teacher, and refers to itself as ”David Winter”. This name does not appear in the school's staff roster. It appears to have a sort of memetic effect, as without usage of anti-memetic agents, SCP-805-J's unusual behavior1 will not appear suspicious. Its existence was only revealed to the foundation after hearing rumors of children going missing during school hours.
When someone in SCP-805-J’s vicinity does something disruptive, inappropriate, or insensitive, SCP-805-J will enter an aggressive state. While in said state, SCP-805-J will approach the person, which will shall be designated as an instance of SCP-805-J-1, and say ”That’s a dib”. Approximately .5 seconds after this has been said, the SCP-805-J-1 instance will dissapear abruptly. This is currently beilieved to be SCP-805-J transporting the SCP-805-J-1 instance to some sort of pocket dimension. No known way of recovering said person exists.

Object Class: Safe |
| Level 2 Clearance | Threat Level: Yellow ● |
SCP-5427
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5427 is to be stored in a standard security storage locker at Site-28. Access requires a clearance of level 3 or higher. As of 04/01/1994, testing is prohibited.
Description: SCP-5427 is a Smith and Wesson Model 686 Target Champion revolver with a plastic grip, produced in 1992. Aside from the anomalous properties, the object is identical to a standard revolver of the same model.
When fired, no bullet escapes the barrel of the object, however a spent casing will be in the cylinder, as if it has been fired normally. The user of the weapon will then expire suddenly, with autopsies finding a .357 magnum bullet inside the cranium, having destroyed the brain. No exterior damage will occur.
Subject: D-48582
Procedure: Subject will fire at target on the other side of testing chamber using SCP-5427.
Results: Subject followed instructions and attempted to fire SCP-5427. No damage seen on target. Subject expired immediately afterwards, with no visible damage on the outside of the body. Autopsy reveals brain damage similar to a gunshot to the head with a .357 magnum revolver. Likewise, a .357 magnum round was found inside subjects cranium.
Analysis: Gun that shoots you, subject shot. What was the point of this? - Dr. ██████
Bridge to Nowhere
Special Containment Procedure: SCP-5837 and the area in a 5 km distance of SCP-5837 is to be monitored at all times for unauthorized vehicles. A blockade on either side of SCP-5837 has been set up under the cover of the bridge needing road work.
Description: SCP-5837 is a four lane highway bridge with a spatial anomalous property. SCP-5837 measures 19.6 meters in width and complies with United States safety regulations regarding a bridge of this class (3.7 meter lanes and 1.2 meter shoulders). SCP-5837 spans across ██████ lake, located 47 kilometers northwest of ████████, Washington, and is connected to [redacted]. A minor anomalous effect of SCP-5837 is a thick cloud of fog obstructing view of the end opposite the observer being present at all times.
When crossing SCP-5837, it will create a localized spatial anomaly, resulting in the bridge having a length far surpassing the length of the lake it is built over. As of ██/██/2019, no-one has crossed the bridge in its entirety.

| Item #: SCP-5458 | ![]() |
Object Class: Safe |
| Level 2 Clearance | Threat Level: Green ● |
An inanimate SCP-5458 in front of several unpainted models belonging to Dr. ██████
Special Containment Procedures: Due to the cooperative nature of SCP-5458, containment is minimal, and is currently in the possession of Dr. ███████, in his collection of other Warhammer 40,000 figures. Certain objects may be given to SCP-5458 on request2.
Description: SCP-5458 is an animate tabletop figure from the tabletop game Warhammer: 40,000, resembling a Space Marine. SCP-5458 is physically identical to a non-anomalous figure. The heraldry markings on the right pauldron of the figure denote SCP-5458 as a "battleline battlebrother", 1st squad, 2nd company of the Ultramarines. While inanimate, SCP-5458 is indistinguishable from a regular figure.
SCP-5458 is capable of animating itself through unknown means. When SCP-5458 animates is random, as is length of animation. Upon animation, the base upon which SCP-5458 is attached to disappears, and reappears when it ceases animation. Animation does not physically change any other part of SCP-5458. While animate, SCP-5458 can move itself with agility far beyond one would expect of a plastic figure, instead much closer to how a Space Marine would move at SCP-5458's scale. SCP-5458 is also capable of vocalizations while animate, and frequently attempts to communicate with staff. All equipment that is held by SCP-5458 while inanimate will be able to function as if it was real, albeit scaled down dramatically.
SCP-5458 acts like and has memories of being a Space Marine, in service of the Imperium of Man, however has developed interest in our world, often requesting sources of information on history and the arts. On the occasions in which these are granted, SCP-5458 is noted to act highly secretive about the information it learns about. Dr. ███████ has suggested that this is because of the extreme indoctrination systems present in Warhammer 40,000.

| Item #: SCP-5131 | ![]() |
Object Class: Euclid |
| Level 3 Clearance | Threat Level: Blue ● |
SCP-5131
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5131 is to be stored in the air force wing of Area-14. Entity is not allowed to leave area airspace, unless being used in conjunction with a mobile task force. Usage of SCP-5131 is strictly prohibited unless approved by personnel with level 4 clearance, or circumstances require the entity.
SCP-5131 is to be supplied fuel and ammunition as required.
Description: SCP-5131 is a sentient Mil MI-24V "Hind-E" attack helicopter, able to control all on board systems and change camouflage patterns via unknown means. Humans attempting to use SCP-5131 will find all instruments inoperative. SCP-5131 still requires fuel for engines to function properly, as well as ammunition for weapon systems. SCP-5131 is capable of using radio to communicate, using what appears to be a text-to-speech program, and is fluent in both English and Russian.
SCP-5131 has the intelligence slightly above that of an average adult human being. SCP-5131 is generally cooperative, and willing to work with the foundation, although has expressed interest in group of interest GRU-P Division. This has led to the hypothesis that SCP-5131 originated from Division-P.
Recovery: SCP-5131’s anomalous properties were first reported in 198█ during the Soviet-Afghan war, when an Mi-24 was reported taking off without a pilot from a soviet military base in modern-day Tajikistan. Reports say that a surface-to-air missile platform crew was preparing to fire upon SCP-5131, but the entity managed to get out of range before the crew recieved a confirmation order. It returned to the base with around 50% of its ammunition missing approximately 6.5 hours later. Airbase personnel immediately attempted to restrain SCP-5131 out of fear, causing it to attack personnel with the nose-mounted rotary cannon. SCP-5131 managed to break loose of the restraints and escape anti-air fire range before they could open fire. SCP-5131 was tracked going north for ██ hours by radar before contact was lost over Siberia.
GRU-P agents began to search for SCP-5131, finding it in a snowbank having ran out of fuel, with it’s camouflage pattern changed to a winter pattern. Foundation agents were alerted to the object’s existence by GRU-P agents, and SCP-5131 was transported to site-██ for examination.
