Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be surrounded on all sides by a 55m deep, 20m tall, 1m thick, wall. Guard Stations are to be situated every 500m. No individual is allowed to enter the city, and attempts to breach the wall by any individual are to result in termination of the offending individual. Any individual who has encountered the city are to be administered Class-B amnestics and situated at a local hospital.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a city containing 91,723 houses (10m x 15m x 10m), 92 pubs, 46 parks, 10 factories, and 1 cathedral situated within the exact center of SCP-XXXX. Each house within SCP-XXXX contains one single bed, one chair, and one table.
SCP-XXXX is perpetually dark, even whilst the sun is visible outside of the city. The sky will change colours as per the time of day, but is limited to hues of yellow and green. Exactly one mile out from the city, the light level returns to normal.
There are, as of containment, just over ten thousand cars in the city. The earliest being an Austin 7, dated to 1923, and the latest being a Ford Fiesta, dated to 2014.
History: SCP-XXXX was discovered on 31/01/2014 in [REDACTED], after Foundation agents went missing around the area. Containment was not established until 20/02/2014, and procedures were altered prior to successful containment to specify the removal of a gate, alongside the specification of the wall going underground following exploration log XXXX.
The city was assigned classification following successful containment, however after exploration log XXXX, it was amended to Euclid class.
As far as the foundation is aware, the city has existed since 18XX. The reason it was never discovered is due to the fact that anyone who has entered the city has never reappeared. Numerous missing persons cases are now attributed to SCP-XXXX, solving a number of major crimes. Officially, this is attributed to a gas leak around SCP-XXXX.
