Special Containment Procedures: scp-5966 is to be kept in a reinforced titanium containment unit behind a steel plated lead door. lights are to be kept on at all time. scp is to be kept in iron chains at all times any attempt by the scp to remove the chains will result the scp being shot with a sedative. containment unit is to be clean twice a day to prevent a fire hazard. all personal are allowed to interact with the scp but for your own safety it is recommended that you wear fire proof full body protection. no fire starters (matches, lighters, cigarettes, etc) are allowed in the containment unit for safety reasons. it is unwise to touch the scp with bare skin and for gods sake don't be like agent Jones and attempt to kiss the scp.
Description: scp-5966 is a creature that for the most part resembles a regular human except for a few exceptions. the scp has the appearance for a teenage Caucasian individual with light freckling, short silver and brown hair with a long strand of hair on either side of it's face, solid black eyes white white diamond shaped pupils and an unusually long neck. scp wears a grey shirt, with a black vest with white trim over the top, black suit pants, black combat boots, and two black collars. scp's gender is yet to be determined. scp claims it's name is Pluto and is seen to get visibly agitated when referred to as scp-5966 or scp. scp is almost always seen with a knife and sometimes a box of matches, attempts to detain the knife and clothing have been unsuccessful because every time the knife or the clothing is removed from the scp within seconds the objects reappear on/near the scp, attempts to detain the matches were successful. scp's blood appears too be made of some sort of highly flammable oil or petrol. scp's saliva and sweat is predominantly made of extremely poisonous mercury even though the blood looks normal at a glance. the silver sections of the scp's hair are made of actual silver. scp is often found to be cutting up different parts of it's body causing it to bleed everywhere which results in a major fire hazard. scp is prone to having screaming laughing fit's where it will often claw at it's own eye's causing them too bleed or sometime's bite itself. scp-500 can, when it chooses, be quite persuasive and charming as proven by the incident with agent Jones. scp seems to have a case of bipolar, swinging between a depressive state in which it will lash out at anyone and anything for any reason, going so far as hissing and growling and claiming it want's to die, and a high in which it is nonstop grinning and attempting to flirt with everyone. scp on multiple occasion's has shown to quite sympathetic and will often say things like "welcome to the club" to other people going through hard times.
