supervision .after incident XXXX.1 and the following interview has requested authority to administer amnestics on all research personnel this has been granted with the exception of Dr.Numan(who has seemingly developed a similar condition here as referred to as XXXX-A)considering the alternative proposed by XXXX .Any individuals who come into physical contact with XXXX book will spontaneously get a book of their own, this book shares similar properties to XXXX’s book with the notable exception of only being legible and usable to owner of the book, these books also do not share the transferring effect of the black book.But XXXX has warned those books will turn black given exposure to their agliul or black library
Addendum 1: XXXX claims to have lived in SCP-4001 but his book could not rest there, seeing the foundations interactions with the watcher he say no reason to hide himself.
