Special Containment Procedures: SCP-471-FA is to be kept locked at a 7mx7mx3m steel room with camera surveilance attached. Personnel who enters the room must not engage in physical contact with SCP-471-FA unless ordered to do so.
Description: SCP-471-FA appears to be a humanoid like entity capable of changing it's form into anyone it touches, though it cannot take a form of anything other than humans and does not need to fufill normal needs such as eating, sleeping, discarding feces. When SCP-471-FA changes it's form into someone, it becomes a perfect copy of said person, having the same blood, physical abilities, personality, knowledge, current possessions, etc. Anyone who is touched by SCP-471-FA will vanish along with SCP-471-FA and be sent into an unknown space. What is inside the space differs from person to person, the space changes it's content depending on the memory of whoever's trapped inside it. Inside the space, the person that SCP-471-FA takes form of will be tortured by SCP-471-FA, the torturing method used will vary depending on the person's memory. Exiting from the space is hard but possible (See Experiment Log 471-FA-1). After a person have escaped from SCP-471-FA's space, the person will appear again in the same spot where they made physical contact with SCP-471-FA.

D-53375-FA, equipped with a portable camera recorder is instructed to touch SCP-471-FA and go inside it's space. After entering, D-53375-FA is welcomed by a familiar scenery, D-53375-FA is inside a hospital and is standing in front of a bed occupied by what seems to be SCP-471-FA. SCP-471-FA provokes D-53375-FA to kill him, D-53375-FA refuses and tries to exit the hospital but is not able to find the exit, SCP-471-FA is seen chasing D-53375-FA several times. D-53375 has gotten up into the roof of the hospital and jumped off the roof. After that D-53375 returns his former position where he touched SCP-471-FA and retrieved the video recording. SCP-471-FA still retains D-53375's form.
From the experiment above, it is concluded that SCP-471-FA is able to change the scenery of it's space into a place where someone trapped inside it has made a "sin". To exit the space, the person trapped inside must reach to the highest place in the space, after the person has reached it, they will be teleported back to the location where they made physical contact with SCP-471-FA

D-53982 is instructed to go inside of SCP-471-FA's space without being informed about the procedures on how to get out. After 12 minutes SCP-471-FA reappeared again in the form of D-53982. D-53982 has not come back and is presumed dead.
