Addendum: On October 18th, 2004 nearby area ██ self-described "truth seekers" managed to sneak past our security and gain the correct SCP-XXXX signal frequency. After some staff started screaming, a task force was sent out to eliminate any SCP-XXXX-1 specimens. This is the first instance of having had to use memory altering technology on the civilians of a neighboring town.

This outbreak eventually spread to the town of Rachel, and some parts of las vegas. The guards of the facility have been instructed to be more vigilant in the future.
