Special Containment Procedures: Due to this anomaly's uniqueness and properties, no main task force is designated to this anomaly mainly and essentially. Experimental task force: Eta-5
("Jäeger Bombers") is designated to this anomaly for experimental purposes. Researchers must wear heavy lab coats and gloves to protect themselves from biohazards and chemicals. Also, researchers must be prepared to face a large temptation feeling within themselves and their comrades.
The train station holding the anomaly is covered with gates and electrical barbed wires to prevent any intruders from accessing the anomaly. Multiple researchers are to be present during minor and large tests with the anomaly.
Eta-5 is used to respond to any unexpected issues and incidents regarding 5054 when deemed necessary. Information during tests of anomaly-5054 is [RESTRICTED] to Scientific Department personnel and combative forces. This anomaly is to be used for knowledge purposes only, once leaving the train station in Sector-4.
Description: SCP-5054 is an interesting type of SCP that has many properties. Anomaly 5054 is commonly referred to as the "Train ride of a lifetime". This anomaly takes the form of an advanced-type train in full black color and steel-like armor. So far, the anomaly takes no effects from shooting or any other hostile motion against it. The train has 5 cabin carts. The train is 2x the size of a regular train, meaning Eta-5 is essential in operations conducted with SCP-5054.
The anomaly subject is equipped with thousands of small wheels at the bottom and no drivers to steer it. The door to enter is always open when the anomaly is boarded at the train station. When passengers enter and sit in the seats provided, the door closes and the train activates its procedures. The train has been seen to fly in the sky when taking the passengers, almost as if there is an invisible train track there.
Anomaly subject #5054 seems to create a temptation to enter it's cabins to anyone near it (See Addendum 5054-A). Special procedures are used when facing temptation. This SCP can only move by activation protocols and can't be breached in any way. Its cycles (The train ride) will activate when there are enough passengers inside (3+) and sit in any seat provided. The door will lock afterward and the death ride will begin. Passengers will be presumed "lost".
At the beginning of the ride, SCP-5054 creates a fantasy-like illusion, accommodating the passengers and pleasing them in any way they desire.
SCP-5054, at the end of the ride, terminates all passengers aboard. Human or not. SCP-5054 releases a plasma-like liquid inside its cabins and burns the passengers alive swiftly and quietly. Souls of the passengers aboard, stay in the last cabin forever locked up (See Addendum 5054-B). All damage inside the train goes away and looks new as ever can it be.
After termination, the anomalous train travels back to its train station to wait for more passengers after the termination. The ride usually takes about 5 minutes. There is no end to this anomaly's cycle, even after numerous attempts from multiple organizations and the foundation resources itself, there is no way to pause/stop the cycle without activating its procedures. Due to its cycle, no Task Force is designated to this anomaly mainly and experimental task force, Eta-5 ("Jäeger Bombers") is placed into use for this anomaly essentially.
SCP-5054 was found in one of New York's Train Stations. The date of this anomaly's containment is █/█/19██. SCP-5054 was found after an unidentified organization was patrolling the city undercover. From cameras abroad, an operative accidentally stumbled upon an abandoned train station during some type of mission. The anomaly: SCP-5054 was in that station. It's still unknown how this train anomaly was transferred to Site-█. Theories and rumors state that multiple heavy helicopters were used and armed forces multiple times.
Addendum 5054-A: Due to the temptation of 5054, multiple incidents from researchers and other personnel have happened concerning 5054. Anyone on the train is to be seen as lost. Anomaly 5054 is now to be left alone at all times when Class-D isn’t present for tests to reduce the chances of death.
Addendum 5054-B: SCP-5054 can go malfunction due to the number of passengers. 10+ passengers make the train travel to different locations and open the last cabin’s door. The souls of late passengers beforehand come out and terrorize the current passengers aboard. The train seems to come back to its original spot, except the passengers are animated and mutated horrendously. Security Staff and/or Beta-7 task force operatives may terminate the subjects if this ever happens or create an SCP classification and contain the subjects, due to multiple possible diseases and effects.
