Main idea: apartment 146 of an apartment complex was infested with creatures that crawl on the ceiling. The creatures suck the blood out of anything with blood in the apartment. The animal with blood in it cannot recognize that they are being sucked. The creatures cannot be captured on camera x-ray or infared.
Containment procedures: the apartment containing the creatures is to be locked and guarded by (4) armed? D-class personel. Every 72 hours (2) cows should be sent into the apartment with heart rate monitors and cameras sending live feed attatched to their backs.
