Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4523 is to be kept in an enlarged humanoid containment cell in Site-21 that has been customized to the liking of SCP-4528 to suppress outbursts by SCP-4528. It is to be fed a balanced diet of human food, eg; beef, chicken, vegetables, etc. 3 times a day per normal human eating times and standards. At any point should SCP-4528 ask for snacks, they must be provided to SCP-4523. It’s apartment is to be furnished with things SCP-4523 requests and other pieces of furniture. Due to it’s keter abilities, it is a risk to contain it. As per procedure, 4 security guards must patrol the cell daily to ensure SCP-4523 has not escaped. Pieces of furniture include:

Description: SCP-4523 is a humanoid of filipino origin, who is approximately 15 years old. It is capable of understanding and speaking english. It answers to the names: Ramon, Ramonski, Ramonster. It’s abilities are able to warp time and space, possibly contributing to an XK-Class End of The World event. It is also capable of extreme destruction to the ground and objects behind and around him. SCP-4523 was found living in the Philippines, at {REDACTED} Compound, on July 23, 2324 . It was found to be living with extreme mold (Designated SCP-5423-2) forming around and on the walls. The toxicity was measured, and it turned out that the amount of SCP-4523-2 was fatal. It is unknown how SCP-4523 survived this. It’s mailbox was checked for SCP-4523-2 and instead a letter was found with no address or sender name.

4523 has been observed to yell “YES!” in a charismatic tone during interviews where questions yes or no questions.

SCP-4523 broke out of it’s cell due to a door malfunction, and released 34 other SCP’s. MTF Team Epsilon-11 “Nine Tailed Fox '' was sent in to contain and neutralize stragglers. Epsilon-11 successfully contained all SCP’s except for 4523. 4523 was later tracked and located by Webcrawler-345 “Secrets''. It was located at an abandoned building north of the Nevada Desert. It has since been transferred to a new, secure cell made of uredjaj kDA .

Notes:
SCP-4523 breached it’s new cell and walked out of its cell. Security teams made an attempt to contain and secure the scp, but to no avail. Cameras placed throughout the facility captured SCP-4523 grabbing Senior Researcher Dylan and carried him outside the facility. SCP-4523 was tracked to Yorkshire Park,
Canada. It was placed back in its original place it was found and it was observed to be at peace and remain there, continuing its normal activities. Senior Researcher Dylan was never found, despite foundation search teams searching the areas the SCP was located and traced to.

SCP-4253 expresses an IQ of 95. SCP-4253 is capable of answering algebra and complex equations.

Ramon: All I know is that I was raised by two people. I like anime, and I study in a school. I just forgot which. That’s all I know. Also,

[SCP-4582 goes into a long explanation about what else he knows.]

[Researcher Jero is instructed over the intercom to insult anime.]

Jero:v Do you like anime?

[Jero is given instruction to insult it again.]

Addendum SCP-4523-3
Foundation Security restrained the subject and delivered Class-C drugs. SCP-4523-2 recalls no event. Further interviews suspended until deemed safe enough. Researcher Jero was given Class-D anesthetics at his request.
