SCP-9992

SCP-9992 is a humanoid character with a big eggshaped head covered in scales, small wings from the head and a big yellow eye. Its body is completely black with white markings on its right. This SCP will try to manipulate its foe to commit suicide before it takes all tools and weapons. The SCP might also trick its foe to help him escape. The SCP wanders around on the site in cause of failed containement of it.

SCP-9992 feeds on the fear from other creatures.
