SCP-XXXX "Marcus"

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be contained within a standard humanoid holding cell and given three (3) meals a day. SCP-XXXX is to be allowed to choose one of 4 audiobooks on tape per month and is allotted no more than 1 hour of aerobic exercise a week.

Under no circumstance is SCP-XXXX's cell to be equipped with any sort of visual recording equipment and absolutely no non-D Class personnel are permitted to enter SCP-XXXX's containment chamber without expressed approval of at least two-thirds vote of the 05 council. SCP-XXXX is to be outfitted with an irremovable pair of sunglasses with opaque lenses. Sunglasses are to be secured via a locking mechanism installed on the back of SCP-XXXX's head.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a human male between ages 20-27 of average build. Any organism that enters SCP-XXXX's line of site results in instantaneous transportation to a seemingly randomized location. Transportation via SCP-XXXX can result in teleportation to other planets or alternate dimensions. When interviewed regarding the location victims have been found, SCP-XXXX claims to be familiar with the description of where victims are transported, however, denies consciously selecting the location.

SCP-XXXX is capable of speech and has had many conversations with on-site staff including guards that have access to SCP-XXXX's containment unit. During an interview, SCP-XXXX has revealed his name to be Marcus ██████ and is addressed as such. Personnel report feeling sympathetic towards SCP-XXXX once conversations have concluded, and recordings of staff's communication indicate SCP-XXXX possesses an enhanced understanding of the human psyche and employs tactics attempting to coerce staff into letting SCP-XXXX out of his containment chamber.

SCP-XXXX possesses above average strength and has adapted to everyday activities as well as combat without vision. During 2 logged containment breaches, SCP-XXXX had successfully neutralized 6 MTF before attempting to force a nearby senior researcher to remove his headgear.

Addendum Discovery: SCP-XXXX was found on the streets of northern San Francisco walking alone, seemingly with no regard for the people impacted by his anomalous powers. It took approximately 32 hours to contain SCP-XXXX

Addendum #1: The location SCP-XXXX sends those that enter his vision is unpredictable, however, several instances of D Class re-appearing nearby the facility have occurred. When asked why this transpired SCP-XXXX responded with: "They deserve freedom, just like me."
