Special Containment Procedures: Samples of SCP-1234 are to be stored at site 1 in containment wing G. Containment chambers are 20m by 20m by 20m storage areas coated in insulators. Any personnel entering SCP-1234 containment chambers are to be discharged of any static electricity before being permitted to enter. No electrical contact is permitted with SCP-1234 samples outside of testing environments
Description: SCP-1234 is a substance which has a similar appearance to clear quartz. SCP-1234 is non anomalous when not in contact with any form of electricity. When any form of electricity is introduced to a sample of SCP-1234 the substance will grow proportionally to the amount of electricity which comes in contact with the sample. If the sample grows beyond a size of 100 grams it will start to convert surrounding substances into SCP-1234. This spreading is not limited to inorganic substances

Experiment 1
Materials: 50 grams of SCP-1234
Procedure: 50 volts of electricity are provided directly to the SCP-1234 sample.
Results: Sample increased mass by (black boxed single digits) grams
Experiment 2
Materials: 100 grams of SCP-1234
Procedure 50 volts of electricity are applied directly to the SCP-1234 sample.
Results: Sampled increased mass by (black boxed double digits) grams along with converting a small amount of the immediate testing environment.
Experiment 3
Materials: 100 grams of SCP-1234, one 20 gram steel cube
Procedure 50 volts of electricity are applied directly to the SCP-1234 sample with steel cube in contact with SCP-1234 sample.
Results: Sample increased mass by (black boxed double digits) the entire steel cube along with (black boxed) grams of the testing environment was converted.
Addendum SCP-1234.2 Discovery
SCP-1234 was first discovered in the town of (REDACTED) after an incident 1234.1. Investigation after incident 1234.1 revealed that .2 grams of SCP-1234 fell into the (REDACTED) power plant 2 weeks before activation. Upon activation of the power plant the entire facility along with the immediate surrounding area was converted into SCP-1234. (black boxes double digits) casualties were reported from the incident.
