Physical Description: Humanoid with no hair or Pigmentation, is 7' 9" tall, Jaw can open 4' 1" to 5' 5" wide, Damaged tissues done to anomaly with regenerate, bones indestructible, lacks higher brain function, anomaly makes sounds similar to a human crying while not hostile, anomaly makes sounds similar to a human screaming when Hostile.
Properties: Once any living organism see the face of A-3-██-██-██-44, even if it is a photo or video, A-3-██-██-██-44 will become hostile. Once, Hostile, A-3-██-██-██-44 will track down and kill the organism that saw its face. A-3-██-██-██-44 has been recorded going up to twenty-two mph to [REDACTED BY THE FOUNDATION] mph. A-3-██-██-██-44 has always been able to get to its target, no matter the conditions. All attempts of of slowing A-3-██-██-██-44 while in the Hostile state have failed.
Test Number 3-██-██-██-44-2

Required Supplies: Bathysphere, named 3-██-██-██-44-2, able to reach a depth of ███ Miles with an air-powered firing mechanism attached, 3 pictures of A-3-██-██-██-44 (Acquired by Anomaly Test Agents), 2 Solid colored airtight tubes with a Diameter of 6 inches and a Height of 1 foot, a video camera able to broadcast live feeds, a standard life monitoring equipment able of sending data far distances, a military grade radio, plain paper with dimensions of 8.5" by 11", a standard Number 2 pencil, a Military grade transport boat with a incinerator attached, sound-proofed storage container, Detainment Team-303-A, and an Anomaly Test Agent.
Test Location: With the Permission from the New Zealand government, with the cover story being "a research mission", the test will take place with in the Tongan Trench.
Test Procedures: A-3-██-██-██-44 is to be moved to a location where it may not interact with any Civilians while trying to reach the desired location. Then an Anomaly Test agent is to be loaded into Bathysphere-3-██-██-██-44-2 with 2 airtight tubes, a piece of 8.5" by 11" paper, a number 2 pencil, a military grade radio, a video broadcast camera, life monitoring equipment, and the pictures of of A-3-██-██-██-44. Broadcast camera is only to be able to see the AT Agent's face, nothing more. Bathysphere-3-██-██-██-44-2 is to be lowered to 6.7 miles into the Tonga Trench. The AT Agent is to Open up the first airtight tube. They are to look at the images of A-3-██-██-██-44. They are then to open the second airtight tube. They are to grab the Paper and pencil, and begin drawing A-3-██-██-██-44. After that, the AT agent is to place the Pictures of A-3-██-██-██-44 into the first Airtight tube. They are to load the Tube into the air-powered firing mechanism and shot it to the surface. Once retrieved, the first airtight tube is to be incinerated. Then the AT Agent is to put the drawing into the second Airtight tube. Once the drawing is placed into the airtight tube, the tube is to be placed into the air-powered firing mechanism and fired out. After this the live video Camera is to stop transmitting inside of the Bathysphere. Once the second airtight tube is retrieved, it is to be placed in a briefcase for transportation. Once A-3-██-██-██-44 is has reached the AT agent in Bathysphere-3-██-██-██-44-2, a Detainment team is to go down and retrieve A-3-██-██-██-44.
Test Execution: The Anomaly Test agent in Bathysphere-3-██-██-██-44-2 looked upon the images of A-3-██-██-██-44. This caused A-3-██-██-██-44 to become hostile. A-3-██-██-██-44 escaped and began running at ███ mph. The AT Agent began to draw the images shown. Once finished, the AT agent sent up the first airtight tube. Detainment agents confirmed the destruction of the tube and its contents. After that, the second tube was sent up and the video broadcasting was cut. The second tube was recovered and confirmed to be placed in the in the designated suitcase. After that, the AT Agent was told to wait. At that time A-3-██-██-██-44 was confirmed diving to the AT agent's location. The Experiment announced finished once all vital signs of the AT agent were gone. Detainment Team-303-A were sent down into the trench to redetain A-3-██-██-██-44. Once Detained, A-3-██-██-██-44, was transported to a New Zealand Port so it may be able to be transported back to the Continental United States safely. While being transported back, A-3-██-██-██-44 was placed in a sound-proofed storage container.

Test Number 3-██-██-██-44-3

Required Supplies: A transport truck and 2 sound-proofed transport container to move A-3-██-██-██-4, the drawing of A-3-██-██-██-44 recovered from Test Number 3-██-██-██-44-2, Military Grade Hand radios, Detainment Team-104-C, life monitoring equipment able to send information a short distance, a small easily to build structure, 3.3 gallons of drinking water, and a Anomaly Test Agent.
Test Location: Death valley, California.
Test Procedure: A-3-██-██-██-44 is to be moved to Death Valley, away from civilian populations, inside of a sound-proof transportation container. Detainment Team-104-C is to construct a structure for an Anomaly Test Agent to begin the test. A-3-██-██-██-44's Container will be 100 yards from the structure with the AT agent inside. The AT Agent is to be hook up to the Live monitoring equipment. DT-104-C is to give the AT Agent the Drawing recovered from Test Number 3-██-██-██-44-2 in a Brief Case. DT-104-C will move 200 yards away from the structure, 300 yards away from A-3-██-██-██-44's container. They are to enter Vehicles and are to full block all windows in vehicles. DT-10-4-C will wait for further instructions. Once DT-104-C have covered their windows, the AT Agent will be contacted via radio. The AT agent will be told to Open the brief case, and then the Air-Tight Tube. The AT Agent will be told to look at the Drawing inside. After Viewing, Detainment Team, will redetain A-3-██-██-██-44 and place it into the second sound-proofed transport container.
Test Execution: The Anomaly Test Agent opened the airtight tube and removed the drawing. He was told to study it. Nothing happened after the AT agent viewed the Drawing of A-3-██-██-██-44's face. After 32 minutes and 24 seconds passed, the test was called off. The AT agent was recovered by Detainment Team-104-C. A-3-██-██-██-44 was transported back without incident.

Location Safety Procedures: A-3-██-██-██-44 have a room constructed for it. That room will only be accessible by F.I.D.A. employees. A-3-██-██-██-44 will be placed in Sound proof container. The container is to be permanently fixed to the floor. 20 armed guards are to rotate shifts while protecting A-3-██-██-██-44. All Military personnel are to follow Guards orders no matter what. Guards are allowed to execute anyone who doesn't listen to their commands.
