Pleas note, that all reports must go trough SCP Foundation Censorship, so information important to the the report is censored in the Corresponding SCP, Censorship is applied.

1. Threat level is similar to Object class. 0 is either destroyed or poses no threat to national security, 1 poses a little treat to national security, 2 poses a minor threat to National security, 3 poses a major treat to security, and 4 will be destroy the national Security if not contained correctly

2. The state number is the number when the state, where the anomaly was found, joined the union. Ex: Wyoming was the 44th state to join the union, so 44 would be used.
