Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5648 is to be kept inside Site-██'s storage warehouse, located inside a shipping container that contains a logo of ████████ on the both sides of the container.
SCP-5648's forks is to be insulated with a removable 2.4-inch layer of a silicon material to prevent containment breach (see Addendum 5648-A). SCP-5648 is to be only accessed by a level 4 or above personnel and to be only used for testing and research purposes, if a containment breach does occur, SCP-5648's tires must be shot at with armor piercing rifle rounds until SCP-5648 has been immobilized, only then is when staff reapplies the silicon material back on SCP-5648's forks and put back into containment.
