Special Containment Procedures: SCP-8816 is free to roam any humanoid/research bases as long as there are at least 1-2 security personnel watching him every 2-3 minutes, SCP-8816 is ordered to go back to the site jared123outpost every time he goes to sleep for security reasons, it is also preferred he goes to the sitejared123outpost most of the time. The 05 council might decide on whether or not he can go to task force (Last hope) to help in the containment of humanoid anomalies.
Description: SCP-8816 is an African American boy, age 15, With black short locs, and With a height of 178 millimeters(above average teen height), and also has a hand size of 5/8 inches(above average teen size), with brown eyes. at first, he looks and acts like an average teenager, it appears as these anomalous effects only happen on his command and which he nicknamed his ¨abilities¨, his abilities are pyrokinesis, telepathy, and transforming into a ¨dark angel¨. when SCP-8816 gets stressed or focused enough he will transform into this being with dark grey armor and a dark winged helmet and dark grey armored rounded boots, the being also has these dark wings on its back, when it attacks it will draw this sword made out of an unknown material out of just nowhere. this being could survive most firearms and explosives although it will eventually get damaged and injured if repeated attacks keep happening to it(18 hours). SCP-8816 can fight some or most scp`s on its own making him valuable. and SCP-8816 is highly intelligent making him more than valuable too. the SCP foundation knows his weak points and uses it to control him.
Origin: SCP-8816 was found in Chicago, Illinois after there were reports of a teenager with magic powers, SCP-8816 was found living in a foster home with other teenagers and through convincing and meetings, agents were able to take him to base where he will stay and live at. it was later revealed that SCP-8816 was related to the agent David, toreo after questioning about family and it was also revealed to SCP-8816 that agent David, toreo died in a mysterious car crash in Lorain, Ohio. SCP-8816 said that he wanted to be in a task force(Last hope) shortly after living in the base, the 05 council might be deciding on whether he will or not be on the task force.
