SCP-4251 is to be kept in a standard human containment cell equipped with a standard desktop with a monitor with internet access limited under foundation guidelines, an HD TV, and be provided multiple different game consoles. It is to be provided a new set of AAA games every 6 months. Proper bedding and bathroom are to be maintained at all times. Description:
SCP-4521 appears to be a pale-skinned morbidly obese man of Caucasian descent. It is 183 cm (6 feet tall and 162 kg (357 lbs). It has light stubble and balding scalp. SCP-4251 appears to have a superiority complex when conversing with other humans directly but this trait is not apparent when he converses with others online. When active online, it talks very aggressively using obnoxious language and regularly insults other users. However, when addressed directly, it will only respond when addressed with a superior title such as "My liege, your majesty, my lord, your highness" and if the speaker is female will respond to "Senpai" and the asker bows before him. It talks to others directly with a condescending tone.
SCP-4251 was apprehended on [REDACTED] in [REDACTED] after being accused of cheating in multiple community competitions and resisting arrest leading to a police chase where SCP-4251 was able to outrun multiple police vehicles driving at 20 mph.
The anomalous features of SCP-4251 are triggered when verbally issued a challenge or competition which involves other competitors. When issued a challenge, SCP-4521 will immediately accept the challenge provided other subjects are involved and attributes involved in the challenge are comparable or quantifiable. During the competition or challenge, attributes relevant to superiority during the initiated competition increase in SCP-4251 and the same attributes for the other involved subjects are decreased. If the other involved subjects are living creatures they become increasingly tenacious to complete the challenge. When the challenge is complete all anomalous effects immediately end. The limitations of how many challenges SCP-4251 can accept until it’s anomalous effects are ineffective as SCP-4251 has mentioned in an interview that it has multiple challenges still ongoing. SCP-4251 also displays properties of immortality of longevity and regeneration. SCP-4251 claims the properties and origin of his immortal properties are documented on SCP-4251-A but evidence of its existence has yet to be confirmed and SCP-4251 refuses to produce SCP-4251-A claiming that exposure of the environment to the object will result in the destruction of SCP-4251-A.
