Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is unpredictable and is needed to be contained within a 5m x 5m chamber. Any form of contact with SCP-XXXX is forbidden to prevent the entity from being enraged or the entity will try to attempt to "meet" by breaching to make a bond with said personnel.
SCP-XXXX has a "docile" state which can last up to 8 hours, the enitity will stand straight with it's head turned to the floor and freeze in place. In this state, SCP-XXXX is very easy to contain, though it doesn't display this action very often. An interview is requested for more information on SCP-XXXX's history.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an entity with "antlers" protruding from a human looking head with a wide smile as for the neck and down appears to be waffle. SCP-XXXX has shown to have regenation and shapeshifting capabilities for the waffle protraying it's body shape.
The head regenerates slowly and cannot change its structure, as for the body of the entity regenerating at high speeds and is able to morph it's shape. The waffle body can create limbs, spikes, claws, tentacles, wings, ect, SCP-XXXX's head now submerges in it's body when shapshifting as a result learning from its previous containment breach attempt ending in a bullet to the head.
When shapeshifting the creature hardens acting like ████████ thus making it difficult for recontainment if a containment breach ever happens again. An x-ray has shown that SCP-XXXX Has only a skull no organs have been shown anywhere else on SCP-XXXX beside's it's head. Therefore, certain █████ and ██████ cannot be breathed in or injected into SCP-XXXX's body injecting █████ into the creatures head will be a problem since's it knows not to show it's weak spot.
Additional SCP-XXXX-1: SCP-XXXX has been shown to be more active after awaking from it's "docile" state, the entity has displayed walking around it's containment cell scratching it's head violently and mumbling to itself.
On ██/██/████, security footage has shown SCP-XXXX stretching it's body up to it's containment testing window reading documents about █████████. SCP-XXXX began yelling, growing up to 7ft tall jagged creature with it's arms larger then it's legs and breaking right through one of it's containment cell walls.
In this outrage resulted 1 death 5 injuries.
