Description: SCP-4037 is a 1.8 meter-tall, amphibian. SCP-4037 is black with green stripes down the creature’s back, SCP-4037 has dark black eyes with green pupils. SCP-4037 will release a toxic gas if provoked or use the toxic gas as a defense mechanism. SCP-4037 also has tiny hairs that can pierce the human skin. Of course thick gloves are recommended.

Addendum: During SCP-4037’s initial recovery, 3 raccoons, and 2 birds were found dead. Some instances the plant life around SCP-4037 were dying of due to exposure of the toxic gas. Some of the recovery team were KIA. The ones who survived, marked in their Field Report “It looked like they were going through The Three Stages of Hell.” The recovery team recovered some samples of the scene including a raccoon, and a bird. The recovery team place SCP-4037 in a small aquarium. The science team were trying to figure out what SCP-4037’s toxic cloud contained. The chemicals they found are [REDACTED].
