Item #: SCP-XXXX
Photo taken of SCP-XXXX where it was originally found
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is kept in a standard 5x5 square room, with low monitorization.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a circlular shaped yellow inflatable pool with the measurements of one (1) meter in diameter. From its exterior everything about SCP-XXXX's appearance doesn't seem to be out of the ordinary. However unlike its exterior which does so, inside SCP-XXXX it has no bottom. This bottomless feature gives reasoning to why the water that is in SCP-XXXX is so dark and murky. Testing has been done and confirms that the pool itself actually leads to exact coordinates [REDACTED] in the Pacific Ocean. Anything that moves under the surface of where SCP-XXXX leads to, is visable from SCP-XXXXs surface.
When water is taken from SCP-XXXX, it is that of normal sea water with no abnormal quailities. When water is removed from SCP-XXXX, the pool doesn't get any shallower but stays at its original depth, believed be filling up from its bottom. When SCP-XXXX is spilled by rotating or flipping it, unlimited sea water comes pouring out. SCP-XXXX, despite having a surface isn't at sea level, but instead is always atleast 10 meters bellowe sea level. This depth varies there on randomly, the deepest recorded depth being over 3 kilometers. Depending on the depth of where SCP-XXXX lays, it also has the properties of its would be water pressure. This water pressure even effects its surface, when at a deep enough depth, even when just barely putting ones hand under the surface it will crush said persons hand or wherever/whatever was put into SCP-XXXX. However, the water pressure has no effect on SCP-XXXXs material itself despite being able to be destroyed from the exterior. This random depth of SCP-XXXX is compeletly unpredictable and follows no recognized pattern as of now. It is also extremely riskful and dangerous to enter SCP-XXXX due to its random unpredictable depth. The seabed bellow SCP-XXXXs surface has been recorded at a depth of 5 kilometers.
