When a human individual whithin a 1km radious of SCP-5132 spells the phrase written on the object what is known as a Assertion Event will happen
NO attempts to stop this event are to be made.

The Assertion Event will cause one paper containing a statement to manifest near subject, these papers are classified as SCP-5132-A(as they are indestructible), the number of SCP-5132-A manifested is equal to the number of individuals involved, each SCP-5132-A instances are required to be signed by individuals involved. Not responding SCP-5132-A will result in death.

The statements in SCP-5132-A have a common structure, stating the loss of something (physical, sensorial or memorial) and the gain of something else (physical, psychic or anomalous).

When all instances of SCP-5312-A are signed it will demanifest, the next day, said statements mentioned will become true, individuals involved may be classified as SCP-5312-X depending on said changes.
