Special Containment Procedures: Large-scale Electromagnetic Pulse Generators (EMPGs) are to be placed in every major city with a history of intense, stormy weather, in underground, Foundation owned, cover-facilities. Activation of EMPGs must be authorized by 1 (one) off-site personnel with a clearance level of P/3 or higher, and 1 (one) on-site personnel, with a clearance level of P/2 or higher. Failure to authorize will result in the EMPG being inert and unstable
If three of the four required conditions for SCP-P to manifest are met, MTF Squad Papa-0 ("Placeholders") are to be dispatched to the area immediately. If it starts, activate the EMPGs.
