Description: [SCP-8623 will manifest on Halloween and will only appear if a house is giving away candy. SCP-8623-1 is a pair of red eyes with a shadow like body and is unknown how tall SCP-8623-1 is.SCP-8623 will disappear when light is shined on it. SCP-8623-2 is a paper bag that is brown that is empty. On SCP-8623-2 in marker says "Trick or treat" in black permanent marker and anyone as the target will notice automaticly. SCP-8623 will kill the residents in the house if they do not give candy by an axe. ]
Addendum: [Addendum SCP-8623 1: After multiple axe murders in the state of ██████ █ ██████ and the police couldn't find the murderer and reports of a red eyed "demon" wanting candy, MTF E-6 was called in. MTF E-6 sets up a "Truck or treat" which is turning a car into a candy handout, they also brought 50 pounds of candy to lure SCP-8623. After 23 minutes SCP-8623 manifests and MTF E-6 notices. MTF E-6 shined a light onto SCP-8623-1 which it disappears but the paper bag remains. After filling up the bag will 56 pieces of candy, SCP-8623-1 and -2 goes away.
