Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5110 should be kept in a 10 m x 5 m x 10 m steel cage at all times. No humans should ever make contact with SCP-5110 while inside it's cage.
Description: SCP-5110 is a octopus like mutant enclosed in metal armour. The 'Dalek' as it is often referred as has a blue eye stalk which is how the mutant sees. SCP-5110 is known to have a hatred of all life.
One time, a test subject who was to communicate with SCP-5110 urged himself to open the cage door. Once inside, SCP-5110 shot him while shouting 'Exterminate!!'. SCP-5110 has a laser which was used to kill everything that was not a 'Dalek'. It also had a 'Manipulator Arm' which would supposedly suck all the moisture out of a living thing's body. If SCP-5110 was to escape, it would be able to kill over a million humans if not stopped by using explosive weapons. This is why it is referred as an 'Existential Threat'.
